Great for hunting height.
Item is as described. The auto lock gate feels very secure. Easy to open and close. Fits my use and holds tight. Easy to unlock. Light weight to carry while hunting. I bought this for rappelling down from hunting height with a munter hitch. It works better than other carabiners that I have used. Would recommend.

When you want the best
These twist lock carabiners are awesome. This is the first twist lock carabiner I could actually get to work easily 1 handed. While holding the carabiner in one hand, I can use either a single finger or thumb (depending on the orientation of the carabiner) to twist the lock and open it. Other, cheaper, twist lock's I've gotten work but tend to stick if you try to use them one handed. These Black Diamond Twistlock Carabiners are the best. I converted all of my carabiners over to these so I am consistent with devices that keep me safe and secure at height.

Great Carabiner from Black Diamond
2025.07.15 - Use these things for everything. Keyrings, kite string anchor points, climbing, repelling. The twistlock gate action is quite nice. Would defiantly recommend to anyone looking for a strong easy to use anchor point.

Very Strong and durable
Great replacement for my screw lock biners (I love how much quicker it is to connect and disconnect my belay device without compromising safety). Perfect size too and the twist lock is easy to use.
