8 inch fabric scissors

I bought these in 2024 and they are by far my favorite scissors of all time. They are a great quality and are still sharp. I originally bought them for fitting sheep but I’ve been using them for everything else. Fabric, thread, paper, wool, and plastic and they are still sharp, tight, and cut everything smoothly. I’ve bought good singer scissors for my fabrics and it’s used only for fabric and thread, but these scissors cut just as good if not better and so I’m replacing my pampered thread scissors with another set of these just for sewing and keeping my others in rotation for every thing else. Definitely worth the money, especially if you like heavier scissors and not plastic handled lightweight scissors. These are easy to grip and are comfortable making cutting anything a breeze. I’ve never sharpened them and have had to do 1 scrub on them where some rust showed up from me not cleaning them or drying them after clipping dirty wool. Other than that they’ve been pretty much perfect

I was shopping for a pair of do it all kitchen scissors. The kind that could cut through fish skin and bones, as well as chicken or pork. Then to wash them, throw them in a drawer somewhere, and after weeks of non use come out clipping coupons or homework assignments with ultra sharp, precise lines. I got that and my mind blown at the same time. These are THE BEST pair of scissors I have ever purchased. Hands down. Sharper than anything they can cut through just about everything with no effort. Easy to clean and easy to tighten if they ever do wiggle loose, but I have not had to adjust anything on them since I purchased them. I know they are labeled fabric/heavy duty scissors, but since I wanted kitchen shears/utility scissors combo, I thought I would try these out and see how they do. Everytime I take them out and cut something, I break out in this huge smile because of how effortlessly it glides through whatever I'm cutting. My old scissors couldn't even cut paper or thin fabric as it would just fold over and slip between the blades. Especially at the tips because it would just bend the blades outward. These hardened-steel scissors will cut perfectly every time. Kind of silly getting excited about a pair of scissors, but it just goes to show you how much junk is being shoveled to us and when a real tool shows up, it overly impresses'. If you are looking for large utility scissors, precision scissors, kitchen scissors, perfect garden scissors or even scissors for the toolbox or garage, this 1 set does it all and with its rust protection, itll be around for a while.

I'm a seamstress for a living- I sew garments from both fabric and leather. I LOVE these scissors. They literally cut leather like butter, and they hold their edge for many many years. I had a pair of these I used for almost 6 years, til I decided to get a new pair. I used to have high end leather sheers from Tandy Leather, but those can not even compare to these. These are so much easier on my hands, cut better, have a great tip that cuts to the very end, and hold their edge better. I cut through 4 layers of leather all day long with these. I decided recently to replace my high end sewing sheers with these, so now I have a pair on my leather table, and a pair on my sewing machine table, makes with painters tape on the handle. I'm a stickler about scissors having an exclusive purpose, and my fabric and leather sheers not crossing purpose. Multi purpose blades dull quicker. Anyways, now I not only have a pair at each station, but I also have five backup pairs. Why, you may ask, are 5 necessary? Because I have been a seamstress for 20 years now, and these are the best scissors I've had. I do not trust they will be around forever, or will remain this price. It sucks to have a brand you love be discontinued, or go out of business. I wish to have these scissors sitting at every station for the rest of my career. I randomly buy another pair or two whenever I think about it. Oh! And I prefer the 9". The 10 is too long and I don't like the feel of the 8. I have pretty wide palms and long fingers, but i am still a woman, so the momma bear pair is perfect for me.

These are the only scissors I’ll use!! No joke. They are super sharp, easy to use, provide precise cutting (paper and fabric), and very durable. I draw my art on graph paper and then cut out the design to paste on other paper. They are very sharp, allowing for precision cuts on my intricate pieces. I've purchased multiple pairs so I have them all over the house when I need them. Highly recommend!
