DVB Smart Sport Band, Black

I wanted to love this. Unfortunately, mine stopped working after about a month of use. Not sure if is a battery issue or just a bad unit. Customer service did try to help me reset it, but was ultimately unable so I'm returning it.Any other small wristed people should note that the band does not adjust to be very small. Also, when you have it on the smallest notch there's quite a bit of band tucked underneath and that's pretty uncomfortable.

Bracelet is just like an other tracker, maybe a bit more stretchy than a fitbit.The app...really needs some work. I have to delete and re-pair at least once a week on my Galaxy. But, if you stay in a good phone signal area you should be ok.Update: three.months a later they stopped supporting the dang thing. 60 bucks wasted. I'll never buy this again.

I just unboxed my Cuff. The setup process was quick and easy, only about 7 minutes. I downloaded the app onto my iphone6s, then added my contacts and tested out the alert and buzz feature. Both worked flawlessly.I'll post an update if any issues arise as I continue to use my Cuff.I'm surprised to see that others have posted negative reviews. Hopefully more than 3 people will review this product.

I wish I could say amazing things about this product. I definitely had high hopes. However, after setting it up which was easy as a previous reviewer said, I noticed that the cuff only works to alert me on an inconsistent basis at best. For example, when my husband, who uses a different platform phone than I do, tries to send me a text or phone call, I am not alerted at all. However, when another person in my network tries to reach out, I am.I contacted customer support and after a few exchanges back-and-forth during which they asked a few questions, their communication to me dropped off completely. So I have no way of knowing if they are working on it, forgot about me, or are overwhelmed with other users having similar issues.I was absolutely ready to invest in buying other styles of bracelets to pop my device into, but I am so disappointed now. I still wear it almost every day for safety purposes. The one thing I can tell you for sure is that the safety alerts work 100% of the time. I have found this out the hard way when trying to test my cuff and everyone in my network gets a text message that I'm in danger--this is also the only reason that I gave them two stars instead of one. If only the receiving end would work as well as the outgoing end!

I purchased the black on black DVB and love how comfortable it is. I have tried wearables such as Misfit Shine and Garmin Vivofit and this one is so much more comfortable. You forget it's on your wrist until you get a compliment for how stylish it is. I think the safety feature is cool but I get the most use out of the notifications . Since I only set up a few contacts in the app, I really like how I only get notification buzzes when the most important people in my life need to get a hold of me.
