The fact it "seperates" is only due to the fact there are no emulsifiers in it so the milk fat doesn't like to fully meld with water. But with that in mind the taste of canned milk powder is what I dislike. That's usualy from an emulsifier being used. Some people don't mind it but personally I really dislike. So I love this taste. Just tastes like creamy milk. It blends better with hot water but will need a shake before use if you cool and store it for later. I'm about to biy it again haha!

Lovely milk
Excellent milk, great taste and great value for money.

Worth the money
Despite not having sticker as per advert Great brand Easily dissolved and actually tastes like full fat milk Good shelf life, glad I decanted into an airtight container Great standby for when shops not open

No good for yoghurt. OK as drink.
I've been making yoghurt for many years using full fat dried milk. I've tried a variety of brands and thought I would try this for a change. Unfortunately the results were very poor. The yogurt didn't set and produced a very runny "yoghurt". The same culture with a different brand of dried milk produced a good set yoghurt. I tried twice just to see if I had made a mistake with the mixing and temperature but the results were the same. As a milk drink my 2 year old grandson loves it but I do wonder if the powder is low fat or adulterated in some way. I shan't be buying again.

Don't use for making fresh yoghurt
Bought this for yoghurt making, my husband bought one and I bought one for my son in law. All my cultures failed so won't be buying again. Expensive coffee whitener

Fantastic product
I've tried lots of different powdered milks over the years this one is fine dissolves well and makes it lovely cup of milk I find that it is best to dissolve it in lukewarm water then put it in the fridge I've added with coffee and tea and it is very creamy and well worth the price fed up of getting milk from the shop and in a couple of days it's gone bad well worth the money and easy to use and taste delicious

Packed in nut environment. But its delicious
Warning: SEE PICTURE AS ITS GOT A NUT ALLERGY WARNING ON IT But Oh man. This is delicious. Creamy, rich, delightful. Makes up a wonderful splash of milk. Very nice indeed. Great in coffee as well as it's so filled with taste. 5 stars from me.
