better off making your own herb joint but honestly if you’re trying to quit smoking nicotine it may help you it does burn your throat a little and it’s convenient it doesn’t burn right though.

Btw the guys out there personalized my card and were very kind and I did infact enjoy lol . I personally break them down and smoke them one small bit at a time but these are the pinnacle of brown bear. Highly recommend
