Steven ad-libbed the best lines in this film about a bomb squad member taking on an unhinged bomber terrorist, none other than the illustrious Dennis Hopper. He elevates his usual brand of Supernatural Special-ops Zen in a way that's very inspiring and instructive, while being just enough in the film to give it that Seagal edge. I actually don't recommend listening to the DVD commentary - the filmmakers seem incredibly nervous and green, even on their own DVD Commentary! And their production notes ended up cheapening what is already a very bare bones Seagal movie. Stay in the dream and enjoy it for what it is - one of the best B-Rank Seagal joints with a solid dose of Dennis Hopper to kick up the mania to a fever pitch. *Blue Velvet* it ain't, but Seagal still blows away the competition. This is a solid addition to any genuine fan of Seagal movies, and a must have for the Seagal Completionist.

Nice movie and great price for it.

Was a bit apprehensive when I first order it. Had never heard of it, even though I am a Seagal fan. Turns out to be good, typical Seagal film.

My customer is very happy that I could find this movie for him, so he could add it to the collection he plans to take on his cruise around the world.

A B flick with household names. Not a great movie but if you're a fan of Pyun or Seagal then you will definitely be satisfied.

I love Steven Seagal and this is another great movie of his. He plays the part well and He is awesome. Buy this DVD

I am a big Steven Seagal fan and have all his movies and this might not be his best but still a great movie!!
