The extremely successful 3 CD box 50 Jukebox Hits is finally available as a vinyl edition for all analog lovers. The 50s mean rock n roll dance clubs, petticoat, thunderbird, fury and corvette, lots of chrome and of course the music box. It was the center of all musical pleasure playing hits by Paul Anka, Buddy Holly, Little Richard, Elvis Presley, Chuck Berry and many more. All 18 tracks are original recordings by the original artists. Review: Love the music - Absolute wonderful record to listen to! Me and my grand children , danced our little hearts outs to it. The package came in great condition, it was double packed, and that was a plus for me. I was worried that it would come in unprotected with it being vinyl and all. But no, it was nicely packed in tight. This is an absolute buy… Review: Como lo esperaba - Excelente música

SOLID 50's-WORTH BUYING!
This is a solid collection (60 songs) of jukebox hits from the 50's and includes chart staples from artists like Elvis Presley, Bill Haley & Comets, Connie Francis, The Platters, The Del-Vikings, Chuck Berry, etc. The tracks are from the artists who made them popular, although there are a couple of instances where the versions are not the most well known (Guy Mitchell-Singing The Blues, Little Richard-Keep A Knockin'). The set tends to cluster songs by particular artists (3 each from Connie Francis, The Platters, Fats Domino, Pat Boone) although the choices are good. About 10% of the collection is what I consider less known filler material. The audio quality is good.

The release embraces many of the best known acts of the 50's era, and blends the rock'n'roll scene of the mid-decade onwards with many of the much loved artists that remained relevant throughout the decade. Obviously looking through the listings there are no rare-gems to be found which of course means that collector's will have pretty much all the tracks to be found on-board among their collection....for, me it's having the combination of styles and numbers i still remember available to play in unfamiliar track-order. Glancing down the list there are several songs i remember from films of those days such as - 'Secret Love' (Calamity Jane) - 'Three Coins in The Fountain' (From the film of the same name) and 'Tammy' (again from the film of the same name) ..just some of the examples to be found on-board. Also, there are a few numbers on the play-list covered by 'Lonnie Donegan' here in the U.K (which i most certainly bought at the time) like - 'The Battle of New Orleans' and 'Tom Dooley' along with some memorable instrumental/orchestral tracks such as - 'The Third Man Theme' and 'The Song from Moulin Rouge' ...the 4-CD Compilation sets up nicely. With names from the Rock scene such as - 'Elvis' - 'Bill Hayley' - 'Chuck Berry' and 'Jerry Lee Lewis' and from the early Pop/Rock scene such as 'The Everly's' - 'Pat Boone' and 'Bobby Darin' and the crooners such as - 'Frank Sinatra' - 'Dean Martin' and 'Perry Como' along with some of the all-time great female-artists such as - 'Doris Day' - 'Rosemary Clooney' and 'Vera Lynn' to pin-point just some of the timeless names featured on-board, surely a collection worth checking-out. This is a very good collection of tunes that cover a wide range of artists and types of music from the 50’s. Being a collector for many years, I would say this is one of the best I have heard. Also the sound recordings for the most part is excellent. Four discs for a great price, you can’t lose.
