Great tool.
This is a great accessory to the socket set. Great to remove bolts after breaking loose and starting bolts. Also fantastic with an extension and bits for screws and allen head bits. A must have and a great gift for any mechanic or do it yourselfers. The ratchet mechanism is very smooth yet very sturdy. Another great product from S&k made in America.

Quality Tool
This is a very good quality tool. I haven't ever used a better quality thumbwheel ratchet. The ratcheting action is butter smooth and the fine tooth gearing is what you need for tight access areas. As another reviewer said, the knurling is smooth. It's better than nothing, but I would like to have more grip on the edges. The chrome plating on these are fantastic too. They have a very complete quality finish. I also bought the GearWrench gimbal thumbwheels. Sadly, I like those a little better because they provide a better grip and can be tilted to squeeze into tighter spots. I do still use the SK thumbwheels sometimes and they're still made better, but the grip just isn't the same.

1/4" thumb ratchet gets a thumbs up!!
Nice little thumb ratchet for tight places. Functionality seems good easy to use also grip seems good some reviews say it's not etched deep enough.

Wright Tools are just pure quality and made in USA
As usual, SK Tools never lets me down. As others have said, the knurling could be a little coarser, but then again these aren’t used for really right fasteners, just to get to things in tight spaces that might not me significantly tight.

Good quality
Good ratchet feel and loose enough clicker for tight places. Those fasteners that are to loose to ratchet, but to tight to spin without a tool is where these come in handy. Only used a few times, but when needed I am happy. I work as an auto mechanic and these work great.

Very useful ratchet..
These thumbwheel ratchets are perfect for various projects around the house and bench builds. I have a tendency to over tighten everything but in addition to helping me prevent that it has the added benefit of working much faster for me. It has an extremely smooth action and is a well made American tool that will last a lifetime.
