WOW! This is probably the best sauerkraut I've ever had since my German grandmothers. Crisp, fresh ingredients, amazing taste, and just makes you feel healthy eating it. Once you open a jar, good luck in not eating it ALL right away! Well worth it & will MOST definitely be ordering again!

Best sauerkraut I've ever tasted with a better than classic taste. I am the only one who eats it in my house, so it lasts for quite a bit of time as I only have small helpings about 3x a week. I just love it. Its a bit pricey for one jar, but since I'm the only one who eats it, it lasts for a bit of time. Every bottle I have received is sealed well and is fresh. I pop it in the fridge right away so it's nice and cold when I want to eat it. I love that its fermented too so you get all the wonderful health benefits. Would recommend.

Excellent sauerkraut. There is no liquid. Tase great. I see others say that it is salty. I do not find that it is too salty. This company does a great job in filling the jars to the jar rim. Will buy again
