I just changed the oil on my V6 2021 Avalon and this worked like a charm. I have the other oil filter wrench with slots to fit the teeth on the oil filter, and had one of the teeth snap off the filter a few changes ago when I changed my oil after the dealership over-tightened it. I don't think that would have happened with this filter wrench. It was a perfect fit. I also didn't need to hammer it off the filter housing. Quality wise, this tool is an amazing piece of machining. Super clean and heavy. Yes, this is pricey. But IMO it's well worth it. Paying more for quality tools makes the job so much easier, and that's the case with this tool. Highly recommend.

The original plastic housing broke from the top while using a different tool, so I had order this one. After it arrive, went straight to remove it. It took some effort to remove as the housing was tight. Manage to remove it and install a aluminum housing. I was a able to tighten the new housing, with this tool. Perfect tool for this job.

for now, using it on 2010 Toyota Highlander AWD 3.5L 2011 Scion XB 2017 Toyota Sienna fits 64mm cartridge and canister filters perfectly like a glove, very precisely made by cnc. dont know what else to say, it works PERFECT, makes changing filters a breeze. i cannot see how this can ever break like some others with very similar concept ive looked at for half the price, where some reviewers said theirs broke, you get what you pay for, this should last a lifetime. cons, dont see any. awesome, and it looks great in my tool chest! i love this so much, fun to use, will now do free oil changes for all the neighborhood lonely housewives!

Nice tool easy to use and remove the oil filter, prefect size, just don’t drop it or drag on concrete because beep aluminum will chip and scratch easy, this might be for home use like me, looks great .

After 4 years of daily use on Toyota oil filter housings this tool still keeps on going with no hiccups or slipping at all. The 24mm socket end hasn't slipped at all and the cup still fits super tight around filter housings. So tight infact, that I have to gently persuade it to release. Would highly recommend if working on toyotas with a cartridge style filter housing.
