I have been using this maca powder for a few weeks and I am very happy with it. It is organic, natural, vegan and gelatinised, which means it is easier to digest and absorb. It has a mild nutty flavour and mixes well with water, milk, smoothies or porridge. I feel more energised, balanced and less stressed since I started taking it. It also helps with hormonal issues, mood swings and libido. This is yellow Maca Root powder. There is no indication of strength or concentration but because it is gelatanised (cooked) this removes the starch and therefore achieves some concentration. If you add to porridge you will need an additional 50ml of water and an additional spoonful of honey or sugar. It's a root vegetable so the poor taste is to be expected. The dose is supposed to be 1 spoonful a day (I take two) and that weighs 4 grams thus 4000mg. Many capsules on the market do not work these days - this works. Gelatanised types are supposed to be slow acting but this is fast acting. I highly recommend this product.

OMG, the smell when you open this packet is absolutely divine! And seriously, the taste totally lives up to the amazing aroma. It's just so good. It's definitely a winner in my book.

I have used maca of all types from all sort of brands, lot of them do over price the product. This brand seem to have got the right quality of gelatinised maca as the test is very mild caramel sweet and it is gentle on the stomach at right price. Always eat gelatinised maca, raw maca will cause stomach issues if consumed for long time. I am going to buy second batch from this brand to see how quality control stacks up however I do understand this is a natural products so will have to give and take a bit!

Purchased 2. Good Organic, Good quality gelatinised powder, lasts long, which is still vegan vegetarian. Good value. Will buy again. Easy powder to mix. Normal natural smell.

I enjoy Maca. Many benefits. I like the malty flavour. This is the most flavoursome Maca root powder I have tried. I noticed the enhanced aroma when opening the pack. The colour was a shade darker than I was used to. And the flavour deeper and more complex. All this points to a fresh product. The energy boost is palpable. Excellent, I will buy this regularly. Highly recommended for Maca fans.

I've first started using maca in the late 1990s. I've been taking maca powder (usually gelatinised, but not always) almost daily for about the 10 years. This product from NaturaleBio seems as good as any other maca powder I've used. The taste is exactly what I would expect for gelatinised maca. The negative reviews based on taste are just silly, as they say nothing about this specific product, but just confirm the customer doesn't like the taste of maca in general. The packaging is good. The one thing I will add is that this product, like all others I've seen, has a misguided dosage recommendation. "1 teaspoon" is just an amount someone has pulled out of thin air. In Peru they do not eat maca by the teaspoon. It's eaten as roots, which they cook. The quantity eaten is much greater than a mere teaspoon, especially when it's being used for health regeneration purposes. My daily dose of maca is around two heaping tablespoons a day (around 6 measured tablespoons). That's why I but it by the KG and not in packets any smaller.

A considerar: --> Difícil de disolver: Este es el único punto negativo real. Si la mezclas solo con una cuchara o en un vaso, se forman grumos fácilmente ya sea con agua caliente, natural o fría. 👉 Solución: uso un shaker y desde entonces no tengo ningún problema. También funciona bien al batirla con licuadora en smoothies o jugos. La maca será mi gran aliada para cuando me apetezca un café, tomarme una taza de maca y así evitar tomar café que no es beneficioso para el organismo.
