This is the only melatonin I buy. It dissolves quickly and generally works with only 1 pill. They taste great. These are good. I put under my tongue and have no taste. I don't have any side effects, It is very effective, I sleep very well. There is no texture , it is a tiny little pill, easy to take and melts under your tongue.

Tastes great and dissolves easily in my mouth and will put me to sleep very quickly! Only downside is that I often times have very vivid dreams after taking this melatonin. Overall, I recommend if you need to sleep and can’t, but I won’t use this unless I have to.
