What is the expiration date on this particular pepper spray?

3 years from its birth date stamped on the can between the label and the flip top.

What is the spray range?

Customer says 8' • seller says 12-15' • product description says 17-20' I wonder what the seller is doing to get that 50-87.5% and what the manufacturer is doing to get that 112.5-150% additional range. Product Description claims more than twice what the customer reports. Hmmm. And why is the power of the chemical reported in SHUs? That's not what people use to measure the potency of pepper spray, that's for actual chile peppers.
