First item arrived open box (I blame Amazon for this) -- returned since I had no idea if anything is missing. Second one was sealed, includes all the tools. I recommend using a piece of packing tape sticky side up to hold the tiny screws. Do work on a large table and ideally on a wood or tile floor; I dropped a screw and only found it because I swept the floor with my hands. It would have been gone forever in a carpet. I thought I had placed the water seal correctly, but totally flubbed it. Ordering replacements. I recommend grabbing some extras since this step seems very tricky. Everything works great, Face ID is intact. No True Tone, but that's expected and there are some hacks to enable it apparently. Can't really tell a difference from the old one without another XR but seems bright and vibrant to me next to another newer iPhone. As noted by others and in the instructions, if you have never replaced a phone screen before, watch a video and be super patient. The cables are very frail and small. I once destroyed an iPhone 5S during a repair like this by ripping the cables.

Amazing kit. I have an iPhone XR that my kid uses just for games and videos. Touchscreen stopped working and I was prepared to just trash the phone. Bought this kit and within an hour the phone was working like new again. Came with everything I needed to do the screen replacement. Definitely worth buying to repair or replace the screen of an iPhone XR and I’ll buy another if I ever need to.

Great replacement for the price! I’ve never installed anything like this, but I did it in about an hour with the help of a YouTube video. Very easy install, all the tools helped immensely. The only gripe is FaceID no longer works, and with the included tempered glass screen protector installed, some areas require a bit of a harder/longer touch to register the display. Overall not bad though for $85 compared to the over $200 cost to get it professionally done. I also ordered on 11/19/20 at 12:14 am and it was delivered 11/19/20 at 7:01pm!

The packaging and item looked very nice! I received adequate tools. However, I had to watch a YouTube video to complete the screen switch. I did not know the screen had to be warmed prior to removing and I did not know I had to transfer the microphone and speaker from the old screen. Overall, I am very satisfied. It took me 2 hours to complete as it was my first time. Had to save some money and did for my baby. The screen feels good, looks good, speaker, microphone, and camera works properly and my daughter is happy. 😊😊 Thanks for the screen protector as well!!

when i installed it the screen just keeps scrolling up and freezes. i dont know why, like the ghost touch or something. and its not my first time replacing screens for phones it does come with tools so thats a good thing.

Included everything needed to change the screen & all components in good condition. Great buy for the price. Make sure to watch a YouTube video if you don’t know how to do it yourself. Just keep in mind that you will have to transfer your front camera over from your current phone as it’s just the screen and not screen + camera.

I use this item to fix my daughter’s iPhone XR. It was my second time fixing a phone!! And the process was smooth and great. My daughter loves her phone and she will not keep it out her hand literally lol!!!! Great product! No issues!!!

loved the little cleaning kit and tools it came with and also glad the screen was in perfect condition when opened also thanks for the dust and waterproof adhesive that it came with and the manual was a great help. will defiantly be buying from you guys again thanks. though one little thing that could help is get a better suction cup wasn't lifting up the screen much.

Es un buen producto y cumple con su función, viene con todas las herramientas necesarias para la instalación pero como adicional yo use una pistola de aire caliente (que no incluye) para facilitar la instalación La pantalla se ve con buenos colores y buen ángulo de visión, pero no es compatible con true tone y se ve algo pixelada (casi no se nota pero es incomparable con la pantalla original) La pantalla en si es buena pero si necesitas saber instalarla muy bien para no tener problemas en el futuro, en mi caso quedó funcionando bien de todo y estoy bastante cómodo y contento con el producto

Keeps on hanging Keeps scrolling up and down without even touching You need to lock and unlock the screen for it to go back to normal for only couple of minutes Then it goes crazy again I might have dropped my phone once, hence 2 starts instead of one

Just finished changing the screen and everything works perfectly. FaceID works. I think bad reviews are from people who damaged parts during the install.. The colours are bright, there is no delay to the touch. Very easy to install with a DIY YouTube video.

Llegó antes del tiempo indicado, aunque vivo en zona rural. Me funcionó perfectamente, es de buena calidad y para instalarla basta algún tutorial La volvería a pedir y si la recomiendo.
