Fun & Easy Mystery Game for Kids!
The Hasbro Clue Junior Board Game is a fantastic twist on the classic mystery game tailored perfectly for younger players. My family had a blast playing it—especially with kids. The simplified clues and colorful characters make it easy for children to follow along and stay engaged, while still feeling like a real detective solving a mystery. The gameplay is just the right length for younger attention spans, and the board and pieces are sturdy enough to handle repeated use. It’s great for family game night and helps develop logic and deduction skills in a fun way. Highly recommend for kids ready for their first mystery game!

Fun game , makes kids think and strategize without being too difficult.
Fun game for kids and adults who play with them. I requested this for Christmas so I’d have another game to play with my 7 year old great granddaughter. We had played this at the library and enjoyed it. Instead of figuring out who murdered who as in the adult Clue, you figure out who broke the toy, which toy, and at what time.

Much easier to play than expected. Pleasantly surprised my 4 year old caught on fast.

Decent kids version of a classic
Purchased this game as a gift for our 6yr old. Really loved how they reimagined the classic Clue game into an age appropriate who-done-it with the broken toy instead of murder. The board itself is nicely done - a very traditional feel. And the rules are simple making game play very easy. A few things I wish had been better: the character figurines were just solid plastic with sort of creepy eyes being the only real feature. I knew this when buying it but found it bugged me anyways. My fix to this (being fairly artistic) was to paint the figurines. The molds actually have tons of details and my kids loved the more interesting looking characters. (And I had fun painting them. ;) ) The other negative is the log sheets. They are rather poorly rendered greyscale. Usable, but given this is a kids game and picture based, colour would be a huge plus especially for non-readers. Even my reading child struggled a little with which character was which on the log. Since you also can’t buy replacement pads of sheets (though Hasbro has a .pdf if you want to print your own), I opted to do what another reviewer suggested by laminating a sheet for each player. Again being crafty and a “bit extra”, I hand coloured 6 log sheets and made each player a colourful paper folder that matches their character with the laminated sheet on the inside (so they can keep their clues secret). This allows use of a dry erase marker on the laminated surface, which can be wiped away after each round - no need for the disposal sheets anymore. Overall still a nice game on its own, and good for some family fun time with elementary age kids.

I haven’t been invited to play, but…
This classic game modified for a family with a four-year-old and six-year-old. They all love it.
