I've been using these on my birdhouses as I like tool-free access to clean out the old nest. They work well for that and are holding up well.

this product should have come with screws. They use a rather small screw that is not readily available at the hardware store. It does not say screws are included. That was my mistake. Some of the latches I was looking at had screws and my brain let me believe these did too. Just remember you will need special small screws.

They are very small, but perfect for a small metal box. The spring version is more secure. Hole placement is critical to function, so double check measurements before drilling. I used #4-36 machine screws to secure them. The latches are designed for a maximum #5 machine screw.

Good product for secure latching small boxes, screws are not furnished and difficult to purchase locally.

Have two of these holding my tool box closed with rivets and they’re holding up great Didn’t want bulky latches that’ll catch on to things And these are small slim and perfect

Product is small like needed, but sending no screws with it - is kind of senseless. It requires you to try and find really tiny screws. Hopefully we can find them somewhere else. If we had realized there was no screws we wouldn't have ordered.

See pic. These dimensions gave a nice snap to the toggle. (Spring Loaded version of latch, not sure about the non spring loaded) These latches work pretty well for a small light duty application.

These latches are truly mini. Much smaller than they looked in the picture. I can’t use these unless I try putting them on a ring box. I bought them for my tackle box. I guess it’s my fault for not looking for a size chart. Very disappointing.
