I love this product. It has helped my standard poodle that has excessive dandruff so much I now send it with her to the groomer to use as well as home grooming. The bottle is white with a black/gold label. The product is a light golden pearl color. I worry about fakes when I buy from other than the manufacturer but believe this is the real thing. The smell isn’t overwhelming at all and doesn’t seem to bother her sensitive skin. It leaves her hair super soft and makes drying so much faster. I didn’t give much thought to that until I used it. If you have a poodle you know how much time goes into the coat! Plus our girls are very active and love the water so they need bathed often. It’s not cheap but def worth the cost. I won’t use anything else. Very high quality pet shampoo/conditioner.

I have an Australian Shepard Show dog that just hit a year old. He recently started getting super dry/itchy and started tearing himself up. I’m a dog groomer and I’ve tried a-lot of different shampoos, including shampoos I’ve used on my other Aussies. I couldn’t for the life of me find something to keep his coat moisturized and fix the damage he was doing to it. I finally tried this shampoo out paired with the miracle moisture conditioner. its worked so well! I don’t expect it to fix the itching (that were still trying to get to the bottom of) but keeping the skin moisturized has cut down on the itching. It keeps him so soft and shiny. He smells so nice for a couple days after ( which is hard with three Aussies and days spent in the grooming room) And his hair is coming in so beautifully and it’s much stronger . Beware that it is very heavy, along with the miracle moisture conditioner. It definitely makes drying take a little longer but i expected it to and I’m willing to make the sacrifice if he’s more comfortable at the end. 100% recommend for any particularly dry dog with dry, brittle, or damaged hair. This is worth a try!

Awesome shampoo (we use the conditioner also) for my long haired, double coated dogs. We use it every other bath to keep our dogs coats from becoming too dry or brittle in our dry climate. My dogs are frequently complimented on their coats.

So I have 2 dogs that are Australian shepherd and Siberian husky mix they are very fluffy and very beautiful love them to death. So I had taken my girls to the groomers and they were Shutting very bad so the groomer had decided that she was going to shave my baby and when she had done that it had ruined her coat it's very coarse and very rough to the touch it was not that way prior to it being shaved. The groomer did not ask permission to shave in any way shape or form so we've tried different products over the last year And a 1/2 nothing has helped. My cousin who is a dog trainer and is an amazing person recommended that I try this product so I did oh my goodness her coat is almost as soft as it was when we 1st got her and almost as soft as what it was prior to her getting it shaved and she looks absolutely beautiful. This product is a little bit on the price he sized for the size of the bottle if you ask me but it is way worth it and what it does for the dog's coat I use both the shampoo and the conditioning one and I even let it sit for a little bit.

Pricey, but worth it. Coat (Newf. and Skye) feels amazing. Love the smell. Ended up re ordering the gallon size. More cost effective. I dilute the product.

We’ve used Chris Christensen White on White and Fair Advantage for years but decided to step up our game and go with Miracle Repair, Ice on Ice Conditioner, and Precious Drop. Have used it 3+ times and am really happy with the outcome of today’s baths. Our two papillons look noticeably fluffier. Their tails and hind quarters are shiny, soft and frizz-free. I love all the CC products we use but am really happy with the latest results!

I used in combination the shampoo and my golden retrievers coat is so soft. It doesn't do much for shedding (not that I expected it to, if you own a golden you know it's an uphill battle.) Show worthy effect on the coat.

This shampoo smells great. It’s very concentrated so you’re not paying for a lot of water. Combined with the conditioner it leaves my long haired dog with a nice shiny coat that’s easy to brush.

I own a 3 month old German Shepherd, his hair has not changed so far for permanent hair, and I used this shampoo for him and the result was very, very, very bad. He made the hair very coarse and dull in color. I don't know if it might work on permanent hair only. I will give him another chance after a few months. I will be back using Clean Start, it's the best
