This is the best for my dry cuticles. I've tried dozens of products and I always come back to this. Nice scent and truly works well. Absorbs into skin easily so you're not left all greasy. Terrific for my dry desert climate.

This is the only cuticle oil I have ever tried that actually keeps my cuticles from getting dry and peeling. I’ve tried many different cuticle oils because I like to do my nails a lot and none have compared to this. I live in a dry climate and put this on with hand lotion every night. If I miss a night or when I have tried other cuticle oils, my cuticles peel and get dry the next day. That never happens with this stuff. It is a staple! Cannot recommend enough.

I have very sensitive dry cuticles that peel easily so I have tried multiple cuticle oils, treatments, balms etc. This is the only one that has actually worked to keep my cuticles healthy. It absorbs quickly and hydrates your cuticles almost instantly. I also like the applicator. I will buy this one again and again. I do not care for the smell at all but that is its only downside.

Apart from the rather strong smell of cheap, flowery bathroom air freshener, this oil absorbs into the nail and surrounding skin very nicely. A minute or so after massaging it in, my fingers and nails feel smooth and refreshed without feeling oily. Still early days, but my nails have not been chipping at their usual high rate. So that's a good sign.

It's been great for my nails, quick and easy to apply, not oily and I love the fragrance! The 15ml bottle lasts so long. When I'm ready to buy more I'll be using this to fill up some cuticle oil pens.

Okay, the headline is probably overly dramatic, but I really am impressed in the difference this makes. For years I had acrylic nails and my nail lady (she was more than a “nail tech”; she was a good friend) always used this to help my cuticles and get my polish dry before I banged it in to anything. I’m retired and on disability, so no more mani-pedi’s for me. But recently I realized that some of the vitamins were really making my nails recover - likely the Biotin and Vitamin D. So I thought I’d give this a try and boy does it work. Moisturizing, beautiful cuticles, the works. Unless I’ve just put on fresh polish, I’ll put this on, give it a minute or two, then rub it in to each nail. Then I’ll just put a good hand cream on and rub everything in. Today, I noticed that when I did this little routine, I had a lot of dead skin around my cuticles just dying to be removed (sorry, bad pun). So I did the little routine of getting the skin off with a little tool I have that has a v-shape blade on one end, cuticle pusher on the other. NOTE: careful if you use the blade, you CAN cut too deep and it really takes a while to heal. Anyway, with the Solar Oil, there was almost NO difficulty in collecting the dead skin. Much of it had already come loose with the rubbing. Plus I really do believe that daily application of the oil is strengthening my nails. After I abandoned acrylics, my nail beds were a mess. I had become a real gym rat and just didn’t see the point of keeping up the fancy nails. So here I am, years later, retired, no gym, no acrylics, and Solar Oil is helping me grow out my very own nails. If you’ve never tried it, I’d really recommend it. My nail lady always swore by it, but I never saw the point when I had acrylics. But boy, I sure see it now. Try it!

My thumb nail started to split and peel due to chemotherapy drugs. The nail bed was exposed nearly half way down in the central part of the nail. It’s been a slow regrowth process, but Solar Oil kept the nail bed from drying out so the good nail could easily attach. The oil also treated the peeling areas and preventing further peeling and cracking. The nail still has a way to grow out. I nearly have affected area trimmed back to good nail. Another plus, oil penetrates nail and nail bed quickly. The oil has a really nice, bordering delicious, smell. My Dane follows me around trying to “eat” what she perceives I’m holding in my hand.

I have been buying this for years. While the quality of the product is still great, they changed the scent, and it is awful. It used to smell like almond. now it's a chemical floral scent.
