best oatmilk for matcha. tastes the most like regular milk and has the right mouthfeel.

Sustainable, not evil company, not too oaty, not too creamy, very smooth. I use it to make Annie's and stuff too. Only ever get original, the other flavors suck.

We first tried this when it was on sale for $1. It's so delicious, we've been buying it ever since. We love non-dairy milks, so we've had soy milk, almond milk, rice milk, and cashew milk; and this oat milk has a creamy flavor and is especially great with savory foods, because it's not too sweet (this "plain" flavor). However, blended with sugar, this works great in desserts too. This flavor (plain) is vegan too. (We don't know about the other flavors.) This has become our staple non-dairy milk, because it's versatile enough for both sweet and savory foods. We each have different palates -- one of us can't taste any "oatiness" in this milk. The other one can taste a faint "oatiness", very subtle, but enough to notice when this is drunk straight with no mixing. So it'll depend on your individual palate. If you hate oats even when they're in oatmeal cookies, you may not like this. Otherwise, it's delicious!

I've been using this oatmilk for years and love the flavor, texture etc. I usually purchase the refrigerated version from my local grocery store but thought that I would give this a try. The product's expiration date was shorter than the refrigerated product, like less than a month. I would still recommend the product but suggest purchasing a smaller quantity due to short shelf life.

I am so picky with my oat milks - flavor is so important to me. It is not grainy and is 'light'. I use this for my hot coffee, lattes, and my smoothies and it is so good! It doesn't give you that filmy taste in your mouth and also works great for foam which is great for lattes. Sadly I can't find it in stores near me but glad I can order the 12 pack on amazon. Same price as other brands too.
