A quality product and essential ingredient to add umami to soups and sauces, clams over pasta.
Excellent product, whole filets in good olive oil, no bits or mush. Use them as a topping, a tapa or as an ingredient to add some umami to soups and pasta dishes and make a great clam sauce (also add a teaspoonful of grated lemon zest). An essential item in our kitchen. Great value buying the 10-pack, store the unopened cans in the fridge to preserve them whole longer in warm weather). I can eat them right out the can like candy!

Some of the tastiest anchovies I've found. This Cento brand has previously impressed me with its pasta sauce and paste. I'm becoming a believer.

Never again. Rancid contents. Even the cats would not eat this.
Will not buy these again. All the cans I opened smelled rotten and several exploded when I triggered the lid, indicated, yes, the anchovy inside had spoiled prior to packing and had decomposed further in the tin. Disgusting. I tested several before pitching. Tried it on kitties, they were NOT interested either. Accidentally sent a shipment to my son in college, he opened a tin and his bunk mates, complained about the horrid rancid odor. Never again.

Delicious food enhancement.
Just the right touch for pizzas, and a nice addition to Caesar salad. Delicious!

Pizza time!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Had a date last evening and he had said he likes anchovies on pizza and no pizza place around offers them any more.So I made 2 homemade pizzas one traditional anchovy pizza and the other one loaded. I made lots of points with those!!!
