Quirky Mocubo Cutting Board

This has been great in my tiny kitchen! I’m learning to cook with purple carrot vegan meal delivery, and there’s so much to chop. These little drawers slide in and out easily, and hold most of the veggies I chop for 2-3 servings. They stack too. Much easier than having multiple round containers taking up precious counter space while preparing a meal. I’ve been hand washing the drawers since I think they’re acrylic. I know hot dishwashers send spider cracks through my acrylic tumblers, so I’m not taking any chances. Some reviewers said their wood cracked, so I immediately treated mine with whatever bamboo cutting board oil I had on hand. And it seems to need more of it every week or 2! I live at the beach, so humidity is fairly high, but the air is salty too. It’s never “humid” in San Diego because the ocean air keeps it cool. So, definitely buy some kind of mineral oil and expect to treat this cutting board often, like twice a month. I think it’s acacia wood, not bamboo. My bamboo boards can go months before I oil them. Also, I store this on the counter, tipped on its side, easily. It’s very sturdy. Great space saver.

I loved the idea. Always wanted a cutting board with some sort of a way to catch the chopped food items. This worked great initially but it is so flimsy that it started coming apart within a few months. The plastic part held well but the bamboo pieces that held the plastic boxes started breaking and coming apart. They are stuck togther really poorly with some glue and little bamboo nails that don't hold up. I paid $35 for this and now it's being sold for half the price! I am so disappointed in quirky because I really wanted to love this product.

Very functional cutting board for preparing ingredients ahead of time for recipes, omelets and platters etc. Keeps everything I intend to use in one place without using too much space. And it looks nice too.

Bought this for the wife, she asked me why.... She cuts me up. Works well, for how long we will see, the indivdual containers are nice for fridge storage, I like the ideas i've read from others here about storing crackers and using the board a s a cheese plate, or having it as a napkin holder, etc.. you fancy ,amazon reviewers, you fancy

I like the design and construction of this cutting board, but after letting it sit on my light wood dining table a day or two, it has left dark marks/stains from the foot pads on the bottom that will not come out of the wood.

I am disabled, so I need to sit while prepping foods for meals. This handy-dandy cutting board plus storage drawers absolutely is perfect for my needs! The bamboo surface never shows knife marks and is super easy to keep clean. The drawers hold a lot and can be thrown into the dishwasher, and the whole thing is lightweight enough for me to manage carrying it from the table to the kitchen counter for cooking! I only wish I'd bought it years ago! I love high quality products, and this one is right up at the top of my list! In fact I'm thinking of maybe getting another one for use with my crafting projects.

Love this product!! It's so functional and makes life much easier in the kitchen! I don't think we even bother with other cutting boards now unless this one needs washed. It's the go-to cutting board because of the drawers! I think my favorite part was the packaging it arrived in!! Because of that, this would be the cutest gift idea! We bought the Howard BBC012 Butcher Block Conditioner to keep it in good shape!

I ordered one from amazon and one of the wooden panels under the cutting board was completely broken. It looked like someone tried to glue it back on. I asked for a replacement and my replacement is broken too. It is very cheaply made. I now need to return two of these things on top of finding a new gift for my sister for xmas.
