I read the reviews and thought, well I'll give it a try! £9.60. Seems to go a long way, as it's very watery/liquid. The first 2 nights I slept much better. I spritzed my face as well as my pillow. I dropped off quicker than usual. The combination of the scents have worked for me and I don't believe in coincidences... so I'd say its helped me. I look heard to trying it again in the future. Gave 5/5 on all the stars. I see they've brought out a newer version at full price another version soon, I do hope it works as well, I'll see what the reviews say, restock once this bottle runs out. Recommended.

Fantastic calming scent for your pillows which is relaxing and helps in winding down before falling asleep. I find the spray helps with my getting to sleep quicker

Have tried a few different lavender mists, the scent is ok, nice to use on fresh bedding.

I love this. Does it actually help me to sleep? That’s really hard to say as there are so many other factors that can impact sleep. All I can say for certain is that I love the smell of this, it makes me feel relaxed and very happy to be in bed. Since smell is so subjective I can imagine that not everyone will love it as I do, but when this runs out I’ll definitely buy more. I bought another similar product at the same time but much prefer this one.

Was looking forward to this product, unfortunately it's left me slightly disappointed. Don't get me wrong, the smell from the bottle when you first smell is very very nice. Unfortunately within a few minutes it all but fades away. Also since using I've woken up with a sore throat quite a bit. Whether or not this is connected I can't be sure.

I just love to use this stuff, sprayed gently on the bed before I get in. My husband isn't too keen but doesn't seem to mind that much. It is such a wonderful smell, I just find it so relaxing. I have tried other makes but they are not a patch on this so have had to go back to this one for the third bottle. Highly recommended.

Was bought this as a present a few years ago and have continued to purchase it myself. Pleasant to use and does seem to work. However, one box was very tatty and had obviously been opened- the little top that protects the spray nozzle was missing. As it is for me, that will be OK but I would not be prepared to give it as a gift.
