Very easy and straightforward to use, feels great and definitely has toned me up more. I couldn’t comment on pain relief, really, as that’s not what I use it for. I use the slimming and fat burning settings. Only downside is I find the top setting for my abs at 40 not strong enough even after applying a set of brand new batteries and ensuring I use a water based liquid for the pads. Perfect for my arms though and feel like I’ve done a whole bunch of push ups after 10 minutes on a setting of 20-25. For those of you complaining that it isn’t helping you lose weight- that is not what this is for. It’s useless to expect this to do all the work for you without a fitness regime. I use this once or twice a day if I feel my workout hasn’t done enough for my abs.

I give this item 5 stars. It arrived within the promised time. It was very easy to set up and was ready for use in moments, even came with batteries provided. There are no sticky pads to be constantly replaced, for me a little dab of E45 cream on each pad did the job perfectly. I've tried other muscle stimulation systems both for toning and pain relief, including the big name in these devices but I will tell you that this system to me is probably the best I've used. The control is simple and easy to use and the power of the stimulation is easily taken from very mild to very strong in small increments. This is the machine I've been looking for and I am very happy to have it and to give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good product solid only had a short time looking good

I bought this because it was a lot cheaper than the Slendertone that I had before. I have used only 3 times, because it's so messy with the gel and getting the belt done up and in the right position, likewise with the arms. I don't believe it is doing anything, I had it on the correct setting and up to the highest it will go and it didn't seem to be doing anything. I've repositioned it etc. but to no avail. With the Slendertone you could feel the 'pull' on the muscles and see them contracting and releasing and it did actually make my waist smaller. So unfortunately, I will be forking out for the Slendertone again - only having to buy again because my other one was lost when I moved house!

This item came the day after I ordered it. It was very easy to set up and figure out how to use. You can tone abs and arms at the same time which is great. I needed some help getting back into shape and this is really helping, especially around the waist. It's surprising powerful, but I started on a lower setting and have turned it up gradually as I get stronger.

Received quickly, very easy to use so far so good. Only set back is the straps for the arms don’t stay on very well.
