Nice quality and tasty
Although I always looking for italian pasta produced in Italy, i never came across Garofalo GF pasta before. It’s been a good discovery. Nice quality of pasta, holds well the cooking and is tasty too! My baked pasta was perfect, I like it 😊

Good Product & Great Replacement for Wheat.
This pasta is great for people on a low FODMAP diet. It cooks to al dente in 11 minutes and is every bit as good as most packaged pasta. You can tell the (slight) difference but it's certainly not enough to be put off buying it & some people may not notice at all. Good product. Happy.

The Best Gluten Free Pasta
I'm sure I've tried dozens of different GF pastas over the years and Garofalo is the one I always come back to. It cooks well, the shape holds up (unlike some alternatives that just turn to gritty mush) and it tastes great. There are probably one or two better GF pastas I've tried but they've all been handmade artisan product at three times the price. My tips for using: add 1 minute to the advised cooking time...and actually time it! And add salt to the water (as you should for any pasta).
