I purchased a new Genuine Mercedes intake manifold but I wanted to replace the tumble flap because it is common for them to break. I was worried about the fit but ordered because of the great reviews. I’m glad I did because this Awesome product at a affordable price. The aluminum part fit and moved just like the original. I compared it to the original, everything moves smoothly, and it should last a really long time.

Buyer beware, original Mercedes bolt will not fit through the machined opening. Essentially makes this product useless. I can't believe no other review has addressed this. Opening is too narrow to allow bolt to fit through the replacement lever.

I finally installed the part and it was a good fit. The moment of truth will be once the intake manifold is installed and longevity.

I already had a metal replacement but it seemed not that great of quality. So I ordered this one as an option or back up. Upon first sight it’s definitely way better quality but the pivot hole is too small for the bolt and I’m not interested and going on a while research spree for an alternative bolt. So definitely check bolt hole diameter needed!

Product arrived on time. Bought this to replaced broken swirl flap actuator linkage on 2006 Mercedes ML350. This part worked as it should. I also purchased actuators just to be safe since intake manifold was already out of vehicle.

The hole for the bolt was too small, and the arms were on backwards. We were able to fix these problems and make it fit, worked well enough to clear the code
