Well made, good instructions. Works and looks great. Only complaints: the plate screws are slightly different color than the brass plate and I wish it came with the electrical cord clamp to fill in the electric box punch hole.

Works like a charm - appears to be well made and tough
Installed this myself in a wood floor over a crawl space. The box and face plate are very sturdy, after install I am not worried about heavy foot traffic or damage from normal use. I am not crazy about the screw in plug covers, because during use it will be very easy to lose one, but when screwed in they are snug and flush with the face plate and won't work loose. This was a pricey box but worth it IMO since it appears tough and will stand up to abuse.

Solid. Well built, doesn’t skimp on material. Clear instructions. Template (for cutting floor opening) is accurate. Installation is straightforward. Include receptacle is tamper-proof (required by National Electric Code, not just for new construction but any new or replacement outlets). Not cheap, but in the get-what-you-pay-for category. Very satisfied, would buy again, gladly recommend to others.

made my space look great!
These were such a great addition to my home. I live in an older home that has outlets on the floor and the ones that came with it, weren't covered. Having young nieces and nephews around, I wanted a safer option. These are great! A bit pricey and may be difficult to lift, but overall lovely and functional.

Have not yet installed them, but they seem solid and well built, and the plug part of the item is really solid, not like the plastic ones you'd put in your walls. These will look great in my floor.

Poorly designed outlet box made ground connection difficult, no nipple near screw to secure wire. Face plate screw broke while installing so had to get replacement unit. Amazon replacement policy and process was very good.
