Good book to get ur mind focus
Have tips and tricks. If u want to read and want to get the best out of the time u spend reading , I would definitely recommend the read.

Not as per my expectation
I expect more from journal its just thoughts and tips. It will be more useful if it consist of simplified step by step workbook to practise presence

Printed price on bool is 499/- Only... 1099/- shown on amezon after discount i paid 699/-... Its very bad
