Pink Wintergreen Mints Canada Mints 5 pounds Wintergreen Lozengers+

Not the exact formula I grew up with, much sweeter and less wintergreen flavor, but nevertheless delicious. The candy is very fresh and soft, the softest I’ve ever had in a canada mint. I’m going to try the smaller Rito’s as well to compare flavor and texture, as these are much bigger than the ones I remember. A bit more wintergreen intensity would go a long way. Though the mellow nature is very reminiscent of the real thing, teaberries plucked from the backyard!

Classic candy. Loved them since I was a kid 75 years ago. Bought 10 pounds of them. Eat some every day.

I was trying to find an alternative to the original pink soft mint, the original company closed. This is good just not like the original pink candy.

These mints are delicious . When Necco went out of business the pink Canada Mints went away. I stock piled but eventually they were gone. I found these and they are spot on flavor wise a bit smaller but just as good. 5 pounds is a bit more then I needed but have been sharing little bags of mints with grateful friends. I will defiantly reorder before I run out.

Much more expensive than you used to be able to get in the store but I haven’t been able to find them in any stores. And these were the least expensive I could find online! They are just a teeny bit smaller than other mints that I’ve had but they taste exactly the same. And they are soft and fresh. Not super hard and stale. No stamp on them.

We have purchased from Beaulah's Candyland many, many times over the past year. On the last order the "Rito"was not stamped on the candy. Being from Canada I am very familiar with the product. These mints were very soft and sickly sweet, like powdered sugar pressed into disc form. When I wrote to the vendor they informed me they were made by Necco in Mexico. My husband sells candy and does not purchase candy from Mexico as it is not the quality he would eat. It is markedly cheaper. The genuine Rito Canada mint is made in "Three Rivers, Quebec, Canada. When we purchased our first 5lb bag last year, the price was around $23.00. Now they are over $33.00 and the bag from Mexico went in the garbage. We will never purchase from Beaulah's again due to their deceptive business practice.

These mints satisfy my taste for wintergreen mints but they won't replace the original Canada Wintergreen mints by Necco.
