Okay so I was between this and a full on external keyboard all because I wanted to be able to type faster while playing FinalFantasyXIV- the upside to this one was that I wouldnt have to put down my controller so hence the purchase lolll I was afraid the keys would be too small for my certified adult hands but turns out it works fine and is alot bigger in person than I thought so A+there Came with a cord and a set up/product guide but I didn't really look at it until AFTER I set it up because um.. its pretty easy? Basically go to devices in the setting menu- bluetooth devices- find the keyboard, type in the code it gives you (yes even if you cant see it) and boom you're in! Super easy if you've had your console a while and knows how it works loll Works amazing and I highly recommend!

It worked great but felt cheap plugs in to the controller via aux cord

The keyboard is lightweight but yet solid it fits the Contours of a PS4 controller very well and is extremely comfortable I can play games with it still attached and not even notice it's there the buttons don't have a confirming click so sometimes you got to press a little hard to actually make it type and then other times you just lightly tap it and it registers so it's a little bit of a pain in that aspect but it is still a very good controller I feel like I can type faster and respond to people quicker when I message and it is worth the money you pay for it

Bought it in July. It's almost the end of September and it has completely stopped working. The bluetooth won't connect to my ps4 and the part that sticks into the aux of the ps4 controller is now loose & wiggles alot. Plus the buttons are too sensitive. If you hover over a button it presses it. Smh. Not worth the purchase.

Just what I looking for at a great price

I was surprised at how awkward and difficult this was to use; in addition the keyboard typing mode would not reliably activate when it was supposed to. Ultimately I found it easier and faster to select letters one at a time using the regular controller than to use this keyboard. The keys are tiny and awkward to use and the position of the keyboard made using the controller itself feel awkward. After a couple frustrating attempts trying to get it to work for me, I just gave up. It's currently sitting on top of my PS4 collecting dust. When I really want to use a keyboard I just pair a standard Bluetooth keyboard to my PS4. This thing looked perfect but turns out it was definitely not the convenient annoyance saver that I hoped it would be.

Very Satisfied it's a Christmas gift for my nephew and its not Christmas as yet, but I did look at it and tried it with my son's ps4 very good thank you

Whilst playing a game it slips and becomes disconnected didn't realize it would takeaway the use of my original headphones as the sound comes out of the keyboard but it isn't very loud.

I have to give 3 stars because this thing probly does whats its intended to but, I remember doing my research before hand to see if this is compatible with a windows pc. Turns out it is not. My setup is a remote play steam laptop with a ps4 controller plugged in. I think its sad that this device cant send basic keyboard signals throught its emitter. Why does this protocol has to be for ps4 or ps5 only? Keyboard signals should be straightforward, in 2025, and not some kind of fancy integration conditionally working on certain devices... If someone reading this knows a way to get a mounted keyboard on a ps4 controller plugged into pc/steam platform, please tell me. Im about to rip it open and reverse engineer this thing and reprogram it... This shouldnot be harder then a mid bachelor engineering project. I just hope i can get the software to flash the controller on this.

Great idea, kinda works. plays catch up when you are typing.
