Was so excited to receive the BISSELL Power Steamer Heavy Duty 3-in-1 Steam Mop and Handheld SteamShot, 2685A, mostly for the SteamShot hand held part, after visiting a family member who showed how she "easily" cleaned the glass on her toaster oven. Mine was so bad I could not see through it (first picture). After unpacking my new 'toy' I got to work. At first I thought it was not working. After 10 min. there was no noticeable change. But after two hours I got it to about 80%(picture 2). It took over 3 hours to get to picture 3 which, to be honest, is not perfect. But it is SO MUCH better than where I started that I am happy. The BISSELL Power Steamer Heavy Duty 3-in-1 Steam Mop and Handheld SteamShot was easy to assemble. All the parts click together easily and easily come apart. But, they cannot come apart by accident. It comes with an amazing number of attachments, more than the similar BISSELL Powerfresh Slim Steam Mop, 2075A (white and blue). Heats up quickly but for some reason it stops sending steam every 4 - 5 min. After about 30 sec the steam resumes. The power cord is more than long enough to reach everywhere I need. When filled with water the SteamShot is quite heavy and after 3 hours my arm and hand was aching. I was wishing there was a trigger lock for the steam trigger. Holding it down for 3 hours was very uncomfortable. I found myself switching hands and turning it over (yes it works the same upside down). So, YES, I am happy I bought it and YES, I am keeping it but it is mostly a 4 star rather than a 5 star item just because it was MUCH more work than I expected to clean the toaster oven window. I want to clean the inside of the oven but cannot imagine tackling it today.

This steamer is heavy duty and versatile. I love the attachments even I have not tried every one of them yet. The only downside is that some users may find it a bit heavy. However, I think it is built to last. I used other steam mops before and they are built cheaply and do not last.

I will never recommend anyone to buy this product as I’ve waited for this product for a month and then had to wait for the converter. After all this, it didn’t work and had to return the product eventually. Such a waste of time.

Points + : J’ai hésité avant de l’acheter et je n’ai aucun regret! C’est le produit de ménage le plus versatile que je possède. Super facile à utiliser et très compacte. On peut l’utiliser avec ou sans la rallonge, en plus d’être très léger, il contient plusieurs embouts différents qui permet une utilisation variée et un support mural. Je l’adore pour nettoyer les contours de fenêtres, le coulis entre les carreaux de céramiques, les planchers, défroisser les vêtements/rideaux etc. et ce, sans aucun produit chimique. Ce n’est que quelques exemples de ce que ce nettoyeur peut faire. Vous verrai dans la vidéo, la saleté qui se dégage du couli de mes carreaux de salle de bain. Et je tiens a préciser, je nettoie mes planchers sur une base régulière. Il est important d’attendre 30 sec. avant de retirer un embout pour en ajouter un autre (tel qu’indiqué dans les instructions), on fait l’erreur une seule fois 😊 Points - : Je n’aie pas encore trouvé. I've used this machine (model 2075a) 3x in the last week. Works well on kitchen lino floor and bathroom floor tiles. Kitchen lino is old and stained despite prior regular cleaning. After 2 steam cleans 3 days apart it seems like lino staining is diminishing a bit (less grey looking). Bathroom floor tiles cleaned with steam nozzle only (around toilet) don't really appear less stained (grout) but I am going to steam again with the grout attachment and see if the steam + scrubbing makes a difference. Used steam in window tracks and worked well. Will try on patio sliding door tracks next. Used handheld part to steam new mattress and new pillows with small flat attachment and the cloth supplied and I think that worked well. Have used in the high steam setting for all cleaning. Curious how the heavy duty model may be different. Handheld part is a bit heavy and a bit awkward with prolonged use and when attached to the full mop will fall over so be very careful as it is too top heavy. Falling over, especially on a hard surface could damage it. I think this cleaner is good, but not great. No regrets about purchase. Company website sells replacement accessories at too high of a cost (absolute gouge) and replacement steam part is no longer available in case you are thinking far ahead. Would purchase knock-off cleaning pads here instead or figure out how to attach a microfibre cloth myself.
