Works great know the tricks lasts forever with right treatment
I've had this unit almost 6 years so far and still working AMAZINGLY. I rinse my dishes before loading but others say you don't need to. To the people who say it's leaking it's likely you don't have the hoses in the back tightened enough this will cause a bit of leaking. Other than that super reliable and really easy to use. Hooks to the sink and has a self cleaning cycle as well. Make sure before you start the cycle that the internal wand in bottom can fully spin and nothing is blocking it. Great unit all in all and so quiet when my grandson was a baby it used to calm him to listen to it. Great unit was worth it. If it lasts until May of this year that will be 6 years of solid use family of 3 - 4 when adult daughter is home always have a teenager.

gets dishes really clean, works great
It's a great little machine. I'm in the process of running all my dishes through it and it gets a lot of old grease off. It cleans my pots and pans quite well. Sometimes you will need to soak or run through multiple times if you have food crusted on, old food, or *really* old grease on it, but regular dinner dishes, regular pots/pans, and standard heavy usage only takes one run-through. So far, I've used both the P2/normal and P1/heavy settings w/ pre-wash soap every time and both settings worked beautifully. Everything is very clean, i barely had to lift a finger to do it, and although i love cooking/baking, i HATE doing the dishes. I love this thing; haven't had access to/owned a dishwasher in decades, so this is really a luxury for me. Nearly all of my dishes, pots, pans, etc. will fit into it, although the load sizes will vary depending; i think the cookie sheets might not fit, but otherwise, my pans, pots, cake pans, pie dishes, big colander, big mixing bowl, lids, smaller cookie sheets, cupcake pans, bread pans, etc. all fit in it. I use the rinse-aid dispenser on the highest setting and it gets the dishes very dry for the most part, no spots. If you have edges that can hold water on any of your dishes, those edges might not be dry, but the rest of it will be. It seems to be using a lot of rinse aid on the highest setting, but that's fine by me for how the dishes are coming out of the dishwasher. When you load the dishwasher, consider how the water comes out of the fan thingy inside it to ensure your dishes get clean and don't be stacking dishes on top of each other. If you overload it, they won't get clean. Read and follow all the directions; it recommends you put everything in a certain way. I speculate the reason they do that is because of how the fan thingy inside distributes water. You don't have to do exactly what they say, but, you know, just be aware if you stack stuff up on top of each other, it's probably not going to get clean because the water won't get in between the dishes. The counter next to my sink was about 1-3 inches short of fitting this dishwasher, so i bought a riser to go underneath it (see pic), Universal Mobile Base Stand with 4 Strong Feet Multi-Functional Base white, Adjustable Furniture Dolly (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08G1G3Z7J/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and that seems to be working out great so far. The dishwasher sticks out over the sink about an inch (see bottom right corner of picture), which isn't a problem for me, and it looks fine. It fits underneath my cabinet by about an inch or so even with the riser. I set the riser to its minimum width/length. i have had no leaks, and our faucet is a standard faucet, so it fit just fine. It's quiet. I wouldn't call it silent exactly, but it is very quiet. The clean/dirty magnet in the picture is the following: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B078WBL24D/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 i used Cascade Complete Gel Dishwasher Detergent, Fresh, 75 oz: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IJGC6F4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 For rinse aid, i used Finish brand jet-dry rinse aid. It came in a huge, heavy package, though, way bigger than the machine with extremely sturdy inserts, so be prepared for that, hah.

Works amazing!
I’ve lived in an older townhome for the past 6 years and it has no dishwasher or washer and dryer. I kept looking to buy a countertop one but always talked myself out of it. After finally getting fed up with washing sippy cups, lids, straws and countless plastic kids plates that always seemed to stay greasy even after drenching with dawn and scrubbing constantly, I decided to buy this dishwasher. I’ve had it for two weeks now and it’s made me so happy! It cleans better than a full sized one, has neat little groove type hooks that grab all the sippy cup lids and they stay put during washing. It even holds my large regular dinner plates plus a sink load of dishes easily. I love this thing and wish I would’ve brought it sooner!

"I wish they made a dishwasher my small apartment, they do; and you're welcome"
Bought this for my 1 bedroom apartment. I despise dishes.. not to mention "wasting" gallons and gallons of water. I keep seeing people asking if this unit has a HEATING ELEMENT. The manual says "don't touch the heating element" and also there are descriptions of each cycle and some of them have different Celsius degree temps. A logical person could suggest that it does have some sort of heating element. Not sure why they don't market this, maybe its an industry standard, not sure. My cheap apartment faucet is so finicky with water temp either it is scalding or ice cold so i just keep it in the middle when i run the washer. This thing works really well as far as i'm concerned! There is no way I could get my dishes to look and feel this clean, not a chance. Save yourself the headache and just get the powder or gel, not the pods. My first normal cycle and the pod was still sitting at the bottom of the washer staring up at me, un-dissolved. Good thing I bought a package of like 100 of these things, right... So, I just cut them and pour the powder inside the flap and do it that way, works just fine. Noise level is surprisingly quiet. It's loud at certain times for maybe half a minute at a time when the pump is on making noise and also when the water sprays into the sink. What I mean by "noise" is not the water or washing cycle it's a strong bass-vibration; like I said i'm pretty sure it's from the water pump. Just wanted to mention it in case someone thinks there is something wrong with their unit, there isn't. installation was realllly easy for me, just screw it on and use the quick connect, pretty straight forward. Also, this is NOT a large basket in my opinion. Someone said they can do and entire sink of dishes and still have room, I find that hard to believe. Although, if you have smaller plates and cups and such in general, you're better off so maybe it's true. I will be purchasing an entire dish new set soon with size in mind. Also, don't get excited about the little "shelves" they show the coffee cups on. Those have to be some sort of tiny cappuccino cups, again it's not that big inside lol. When i'm done, I drain as much as I can out of the tubes and reel it up like a hose outside and slide my washer forward a bit and put it behind it. Ta-daa! Overall this dishwasher is great, and my cursing has gone down significantly after dinner :) **PS. If anyone could explain to me how this thing actually keeps water within the pressurized tubes but yet doesn't need to expel it every 10 seconds please let me know! I'm 100% this thing saves a tone of water because you have to leave the faucet on the entire time you use it, and it only pumps water out a couple of times; so obviously its not constantly using water haha. Just curious how it works is all, thanks!!

Love the unit works great with the money. Install: So I did have to raise my cupboard to put the unit on the counter. I knew this before ordering. I added a second faucet for the hot water as I did t want to give up my larger tap. It was easy to tie in add a T fitting and 1/2 to 3/8 adaptor for the tap bottom. 3/8 stainless steel exstention hose.

I bought this dishwasher for my mother, who is elderly and cannot stand for long periods of time hunched over the sink to manually wash dishes. I like the features this dishwasher offers, such as light, medium, heavy, quick, and loads for newborn/toddler dishes. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this unit also heats the water. The quick fittings are sturdy & strong. The "nipple" aerator fits standard kitchen faucets as well, and comes with a good amount of rubber washer to prevent any leaks during operation. I also found out that the nipple attachment also works for her apartment-sized laundry machine! I like the large size dish rack for the unit as well. I have no use for the cup holders, and thankfully you can detach them. This unit has saved me and my mother much time and effort not having to wash plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, and cutlery. Unfortunately, it will not wash many larger and medium sized pots & pans. The drain filter is detachable and can be rinsed down. I also like the easy to use soap and rinse aid dispensers. No issues with operating this machine. Please watch out for the inlet and outlet hoses that attach to the back of the unit - mine came lose after moving the hoses around and it leaked over my countertop. Tightening down those connections at the back of the dishwasher are top priority! I wrestled over this unit vs. the cheaper danby dishwasher, and settled on this one due to more metal in the construction. All in all, I feel that the cost versus the product and the benefits are worth every dime spent. Buy with confidence.

EDIT: One year later and it still runs like a beauty! I've had no problems with the dishwasher and I cannot stress how awesome of a purchase this was. I’ve had this dishwasher for a few days now, but I’ll be back to update this review should anything relevant come up. So, number one, it’s a great dishwasher. I’ve been using dishwasher pods and stuffing it as full as I can, and the dishes have all come out dry and spotless; no residue. It operates very quietly, with the exception of the periodic water draining, which can be a bit loud but only lasts for a few seconds. Overall the machine is pretty silent. The machine isn’t too heavy, but is sturdy. It’s much larger than a microwave, and I knew this beforehand, but it was still deceivingly large. Installation was a bit of a headache. The dishwasher comes with an adapter for your kitchen faucet. If your faucet is a pull-out/ pull-down type then it will likely not fit. Unscrewing the head to connect directly to the hose will not work either as the manufacturers use a non-standard thread pitch. The easiest solution is to actually do a bit of simple plumbing (don’t be alarmed!). I bought a “water line” with a 3/4” “garden hose connection” on one end and a 3/8” connection on the other; and I also bought a 3/8” 3-way tee connector fitting. Attach the garden hose water line to the tee connector (on the 3/8” side), and then attach the tee fitting to your hot water line under your kitchen faucet. Be sure to use Teflon tape to prevent leaks. The 3/4” garden hose side attaches to the dishwasher. The dishwasher’s drainage hose can be hooked up to the drainage pipe under the sink or can simply sit in the sink. All in all it should take about 10 minutes of work and $30 in parts. Still better than washing dishes by hand! 3-month update: still working like a beauty and my life is still 8,000% better now that I don’t wash dishes
