VERY SECURE WHERE IT IS BUT IF ANYONE WAS SERIOUS ENOUGH THETY COULD EASILY JUST TRASH THE DRAWER AND MAKE OFF WITH THE SAFE UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2021 - The safe still does what it is supposed to do but only too well. So some unknown reason the mechanism began ticking and the electronic keys failed to work. Unfortunately I temporarily left the key inside the safe so there was no way to attempt to open it with a key. This is where you realise just how good this piece of kit really is if you were the thief - the drawer had to be removed and then dismantled without causing damage - then all the 3M double sided tape had to be prised from drawer base, resulting in the drawer base layer having to be replaced but at last the safe was removed. The thief would then need an angle grinder to cut away the metal back but fortunately for me the knocking about stopped the ticking and I was able to open the safe and retrieve the contents. Having lost all confidence in the product and a replacement being out of stock the kind and helpful Amazon lady offered me a full refund in lieu of the locksmiths fees and damage to the drawer. I then searched all the internet for a couple of hours only to discover there is so similar sized / priced item available anywhere. So, I am quite prepared to re-order the safe from Amazon when it comes back in stock and to be prepared to use the safe just with the key in the event the same thing happens again - that way I will have a perfectly serviceable and secure safe albeit having to use it with a key if the electronics pack up. Many people have commented upon the batteries falling out - mine didn't despite all the banging and crashing - simply because I had taped the cover in place having previously recognised the batteries were likely to fall out of the lid because of the design. A design oversight easily remedied by the user. Overall not happy with the events but generally happy knowing what a thief would have to do offering some piece of mind.

Surprisingly good quality for something this compact. The design is sleek, fits nicely in a drawer, and does exactly what it’s supposed to. My only gripe is the lack of a soft-close mechanism. Every time I shut it, it’s like it’s slamming the door on a bad relationship. Would love a version that closes with a gentle whisper instead of a loud thud. Still, it keeps things secure and looks the part.

This safe is perfect for keeping my valuables secure while still being compact enough to fit in my desk drawer. The programmable keypad is a standout feature, making it easy to set my own code for quick access. In terms of size, it’s just right for storing documents and small items. Overall, I highly recommend this safe. It’s a reliable, efficient, and affordable solution. Five stars for this fantastic product!

Good little safe to have in the house, use it mainly to store cash, passports documents or jewellery. It’s nothing crazy but will keep your belongings secure!

Although a good price, its not that secure as the lock bolts are on one side only and adjacent to the hinge, so the whole door can be easily levered out from the opposite side. But if your crazy enough to think your valuables are safe in a drawer, lets hope that's in a secure steel cabinet. Or the valuables you store in it are worthless. Bolt it to a floor or wall somewhere hidden and your odds are improved, but you still have the hinge/locking bolt issue.

Cassaforte adatta per cassetti o comunque da usare in piano. Non particolarmente adatto da usare sulle pareti perche' lo sportello si apre in verticale ed e' anche abbastanza pesante pero' volendo si puo' anche montare su parete. Qualita' costruttiva molto buona. Ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo.
