Plant was robust and healthy, most important, free of any unwanted infestation like eggs or any type of algae. Video uploaded with the review shows stable growth of the plant after 4 days...

Plant is dead and collapsed in bad condition. Return not yet done. Very irresponsible and not yet the amount is refunded.

Packaging was poor. Flat box got smashed. Came in a unsealed plastic bag. No water but the plant was wrapped in a wet piece of paper. On opening I noticed, all leaves were brown and had melted off from the stem but i guess that's normal for small plants with thin stems. The hot weather was probably a major factor along with the fact that the package was running late. If lucky, the plant will take a week or two to really bounce back. My mystery snails have covered the remaining stem too. That would mean that the stem too will most probably melt off. Hope that does not happen. Will post updates. Excitement level before delivery: 3000 Excitement level after delivery: - 3000 Day 3: My mystery snails ate up all the melting/Unhealthy leaves and a section of the stem. All leaves were dead and so was the exposed part of the stem. Did not change the water or clean the tank to ensure that the plant gets all the nutrition it needs. Surprisingly, New leaves have already started to come out. Plant is very tough and has no disease. Can already see a shade of red in the tiny leaves!!!! Transformation has been next level.

2 plants in good condition. However it is not a clump as shown the the picture and plant varies. It's 50-50, the crypt received are okay but just 2 plants instead of a clump. Feel a bit too pricey...

This is the second time I've ordered these plants. First time they cane half dead but this time theyre in much better shape with robust roots.

Received plant with one leaf, for which I was charged 89 rs, the plant could live for 5 days

I received ur product as per the video. Only three leaves wit three stems received. As per ur description three leaves stems with 5-6 stems shld hav been despatched. Kindly forward the other remaining stems pl.

Both plants were in good condition but no of leaves on one of d plant was too less only 2🤣..not up to d mark .. I paid this much for just 2 leaves....few more leaves could hv made me more happy 😁😁 but d other one was beautiful...loved it.. anyways packaging was good and received on time...🙂
