Sometimes my knees act up for fun, these have definitely aided me doing heavy intensive labour with dodgy knees, not the most comfortable because they stay on so damn good, but not uncomfortable enough that when you NEED them you'll be happy to wear them for a while. I do have paper thin skin that just loses blood circulation easily so that's my personal experience. They are durable, fit me well even though I look stupid in them and my thighs look like an elephants in them. (I wore them with shorts during summer, these are function over fashion) They support me when needed and that's what matters!

I bought the AVIDDA Knee Support Brace (2 Pack) a few weeks ago, and I’m honestly amazed at how much of a difference they’ve made. I’ve been dealing with knee pain from running and occasional swelling after workouts, and these braces have really helped with both support and comfort. The material is soft, breathable, and stretchy, but still provides firm compression where you need it. I can wear them all day without any irritation or slipping. Whether I'm at the gym, going for a walk, or just doing chores around the house, they stay in place and give me the confidence to move more freely. I also appreciate that it comes as a 2-pack, so I can wear them on both knees or have one as a backup. Great value for the price! If you're recovering from an injury, managing knee pain, or just need extra support for workouts, I definitely recommend giving these a try. My knees thank me every day!

Oversized! Not ideal for compression/ support. Whilst they probably work at the correct fitting but a size too small. I measured and bought correctly and they are way too loose! Fall down, crumple around the knees, just not ideal. Sadly I got ill just after buying them so didn't realise until refund period was over 🙄

The quality of Avidda knee supports are outstanding and I have used them on a daily bases for many years. They have enabled me to remain active and healthy by walking on a daily basis. Having previously used other similar knee supports I have found them to be sub-standard in comparison to these and I would not purchase any other now as an alternative.

I've only given a 4 (they're a 5 for me 100%) but as a knee support thing some folk might want metal - I get sciatica which affects my knee and also my knee sometimes doesn't feel stable anyway or I'm out walking and need to take quick fix support in bag - the really good thing is that they ARE verysupportive and easy to pull on under clothes where some of the more structured metal/velcro ones which aren't as good don't really work under clothes - I'd recommend entirely and they're worth the money (had mine ages) - depends on what you beed

Nothing great. An average product. Fit is fine with adequate knee protection. Decent support for knee and good compression.
