We use a proprietary software system for churches (widely used in the US). We were told (of course) that only their envelopes would fit their checks. After buying one box for about $120 after shipping I determined never to do that again. I spent quite a bit of time measuring and comparing different alternatives, and decided to take a shot with these - I figured with "guaranteed to fit" I couldn't lose. I had previously had great luck with different #10 double-window envelopes from Amazon. These are excellent! Well made and they appear to be sturdy enough. The adhesive works very well, I have not had to reinforce it. I was most concerned about the window placement - would they fit properly without a lot of fiddling and re-positioning the print fields? They fit our checks perfectly with no drama. The window placement is about perfect. In fact, better than the "proprietary" models, these don't reveal anything on the memo line, but the addresses are perfectly visible. As others have noted, they are just large enough to also accommodate return correspondence such as a tri-fold letter-size invoice copy. Not so large that the check floats around, obscuring the address. I am very happy with these and I am spreading the word to others!

These envelopes worked perfectly! The perfect fit for my checks

These envelopes are exactly what I needed for my Quickbooks checks. They are less expensive than the ones you get from Intuit or even Quill. My last batch of envelopes from a different supplier had poor adhesive. These self-adhesive envelopes are really good. Simply lift the flap, fold the lip over, and press to seal. I haven't had a bad envelope yet.

Great value for the price when compared to what the accounting software company wanted me to use which was more than triple the price. The adhesive releases easily if you forgot to add something to the envelope. My hope is that the adhesive turns more "tough" once the envelopes go to the post office. If anyone knows the answer, please let me know.

Perfect for paychecks!

I absolutely love these envelopes. I'm am going into my 2nd year using these envelopes exclusively for my small business payroll. These work great to fit in a letter/ timecard/ notice in with my employee's checks which was a must for me. I also love the flip and seal style of these envelopes. It saves so much time and it's relatively easy to open and re-seal when I forget to add something to the envelope. Before I would have to rip open the envelope, throw it away, and use a new one when this happened. The bottom box is just a hair too large and shows just the very top of the memo line. I hand out the checks individually on payday so that is not a big issue for me. I had previously used an envelope made specifically for QuickBooks checks and I could never fit in anything else with the checks, or it would require me to fold the letter size paper in weird ways. So happy I found these over a year ago.

I’ve had trouble finding envelopes that fit our quickbooks checks. Too expensive from intuit. These are perfect!

I returned these envelopes. The "sticky" flap was not sticky enough to securely seal the envelope.

We have purchased other envelopes from different suppliers but the windows never seem to line up properly with the address information on our cheques or they show too much information, like the cheque amount. The windows in these envelopes line up perfectly with the addresses and aren't too large that they show extra information.

These were a competitive price for staples. Will buy again!

Quickbooks cheques do not properly fit in these envelopes. The bottom window is 1 line too low and it shows the address plus notes that are written on the cheque below the address. Very disappointed. Would not buy again.
