The product is very good, serves the purpose well. Excellent for back pain or calf pain. The product is on a harder side to give more comfort. I have provided a snap of its size.

If you ever used EVA material, you will not like it. This one is sturdy, 10-15 percent cheaper than EVA, but lacks soft elasticity of EVA. The material is not meant for roller. Go for any Eva product
