It looks good, it sounds good and by golly it does me good.
Fantastic turntable. The sound is just so good. Very easy to assemble, instructions are clear and precise. I’ve been playing it almost nonstop since it arrived, going through all my old vinyl collection. So many happy memories are flooding back from my youth. I highly recommend this turntable. It is great value.

Superb Turntable
This is a superb turntable, after some deliberation I decided to upgrade my Fluance RT 80, and after comparing other decks from other HI FI companies decided on the RT82 based on current reviews, this is a solid and outstanding piece of kit for the price, bass, mid range and treble are spot on, and the channel separation is excellent with the Ortofon OM10 cartridge, the finish of the deck is 1st class, everything is finished to a very high standard and sounds great. I also purchased the isolation plinth to compliment it, again it was finished to the high standards Fluance is renowned for, if you are looking for a great turntable at a great price, look no further, you will not be disappointed, 5 Stars.

Fluance RT82
I was looking for a proper record player to play vinyl that was upgradeable in the future as well as reliable and this is superb. It’s fairly simple to set up and looks great with the cover on or up. It feels and looks like a premium piece of gear and the performance has been excellent. I went for the dark wood version and couldn’t be happier with it. Highly recommended if you look after your equipment and are looking for a fantastic upgrade to play vinyl.

Nice Turntable
After watching a good amount of reviews on how to assemble , assembly was no problem . Setting the tone arm was however a little tricky and hit and miss . It now plays a record 😁 . Not for every day use as too nice . Only for new records . Older vinyl with pops and clicks use an older turntable .

Absolutely gorgeous sound
After alot of research I ended up getting this model because it can be upgraded as needed. However, the sound is amazing! The plastic lid could be a little sturdier but the reset of the unit feels very robust and easy to use.

Pity that I had to wait for weeks. But I like it. To me the quality of the product is the best you can find on this kind of platforms.

I recently resurrected my stereo stack after too many years, and found that my turntable had given up the ghost. Enter the Fluance RT82. I did a lot of research before deciding on the RT82. Great decision! This is a superb choice for someone entering (or reentering) the vinyl world. As the entry point to Fluance's Reference line of turntables, the RT82 has the same motor, plinth, tonearm, and the internals of their higher end RT85. It's silent, stable, and well engineered. And beautiful. The RT82's cartridge is an Ortofon OM10, an excellent midrange one with a rich sound and light set on the record. The steel platter gives nice weight and stability; the RT82 comes with a quality rubber mat that grips the record and minimizes noise and static. I mention the cartridge, platter, and mat, because you can upgrade those later if you wish. If you do that, you have the highest end RT85! I don't plan on doing that as I like the sound and performance of the RT82 right out of the box, but it's nice to have an upgrade path. Set up was relatively easy. You do have to place the plater, hook up the belt, install the cartridge head, and balance the tonearm. That's standard for a higher end turntable. I've done this sort of set up before and this was the easiest that I remember. Fluance has simple to read and follow instructions; lots of videos to do it are on YouTube. You can contact Fluance if you have an issue. Just be patient .. you can do it. The RT82 is easily a 5 star purchase. Good price, terrific quality and build, and excellent sound. I'm enjoying the heck out of this purchase. Why did I wait so long?
