ALIGNMED Posture Shirt 2.0 Zipper for Women

I absolutely love these shirts, I now own 3 of them! Their snug fit helps support my back, especially when I’m on my feet for long periods of time. It helps me stand straighter and keep my shoulders back. They’re built to last and are flattering by helping hide my belly! I wear one almost daily. I only wish their neck was wider so it doesn’t show under shirts.

I have terrible posture. I expected this to pull my shoulders back and hold me there. It didn't even come close. The size was right but it simply does not have the necessary tension that I need. I returned it and tried a strap. BINGO! It works great. I suggest looking for one with the straps closer to your arms rather than your neck. It's better at pulling the shoulders back. Also, get an adjustable one as you can set it to your own comfort level. The only downside is I need some help putting it on although that may change the more I get used to it. The upside? Posture shirt: $89, strap: $13

Great shirt. I’ve had intelliskin shirts in the past and the quality is comparable. I ordered a small in this shirt but probably would have been fine ordering a medium as well since the chest is a little snug. I’m a 32DD size 2 and it’s not painful but the support is similar to a high impact sports bra at this size. I’m a pretty straightforward medium in intelliskin shirts so this one is slightly larger. This is helping my back and shoulders and I’m happy I purchased. You’re meant to feel a bit of a tug for it to be working - so I think some reviewers may have benefitted from ordering a smaller size if they are complaining it was loose.

I am 5'-3" tall and wear a size medium top, so I got a Med in the posture shirt. The fit should be snug, but it I found it to be slightly challenging to put on. It is also quite a bit too long for my torso, so I had to fold it up at the bottom. Once on, though, it was very comfortable and helped to good keep my back and shoulders aligned. I would recommend it for anyone who has physical problems associated with bad posture.

I purchased this shirt to help support an unstable shoulder in daily activities (not for working out). The hook and eye and zipper closures make it possible to put on without moving the injured shoulder. This is a HUGE plus! The shirt is 6 inches too long for my 5'3" frame. It's workable, but must be pulled down over my hips to keep tension across the shoulders. Unfortunately, after only brief use the fabric is unraveling where it meets the zipper. For $99 I would expect it to hold up better.

I haven’t stood up straight in years.. I can’t because of a back injury. This vest is a miracle! My chiropractor recommended it and it took me a while to finally buy it, but it is worth every penny!! I just bought my second one and WILL be buying more. I just can’t get over how much better my back feels and how upright I am standing. Even others have noticed and commented on how straight my back is!!!! I LOVE THIS VEST!! Thank you so much for making a product that really works (bc I was very skeptical that a vest could do this and still be comfortable)!!

This shirt is really well made. I am a small female weighing 103 lbs. (60 yrs) and the small was just right for me. I bought the zip up for convenience, and it is terrific. The problem that I have is that while the fit across the stomach and chest are snug like a bathing suit, (which I don't need) the fit at the shoulders is not nearly snug enough for me. The soul purpose for me was to improve my posture, and while the garment is supportive it's not supportive enough in the shoulders. For 100 dollars it's not what I expected.

My physical therapist suggested I try this shirt to keep my shoulders back and decrease the impingement on my rotator cuff. It seems to be working after wearing it each day for a week. I started with a few hours and increased it one day to 12+ hours. I do not wear to exercise classes because it makes me warm and haven't worn it to bed. I bought a medium zipped up front version. With my shoulder, I'd never be able to get the pullover off. I am 5'7", 130 lbs. and 36B bra. If I wore a larger bra cup/size, I'd consider a large since it's snug across the chest.

I purchased this shirt for my mother as a Christmas present; this shirt significantly improved her standing posture and significantly reduced her back aches. I recommend it without hesitation.

given its use as a semi-medical aid, the mismatch in size is not acceptable. the top is significant larger at shoulders and a bit too small at the waist and I got all the measures done by a professional (kine) and I fitted well in the size chart of the brand

I am happy with this item because it hold you in nicely, but I do not feel like it makes any real difference when it comes to my posture. All in all I am still happy with my purchase.

This has brought great balance to straightening my back.
