TAMASHII NATIONS - Dragon Ball - Son Goku Kaioken Ver., Bandai Spirits S.H. Figuarts Action Figure

S.H. Figuarts is a very pricey line, the average figure will usually sell for 50-60 American Dollars but this particular figure is 35 dollars and I think Tamashii Nations and Bandai have done a very good thing. This would be a great introduction for new people because of the low price and it is a memorable character, Goku, in his famed Kaioken technique. If you're new, this is a great way to start and if you are not this a great addition. This figure has a distinct paint job because of the Kaioken move and it really looks pleasant. The articulation is what you would expect from this high quality figure but it lacks in the accesories department but that's what will happen with a lower price. I highly recommend.

I've skipped previous Kaiken Goku figures before, but this one is finally done absolutely right. Every part of his coloration is changed to match his appearance with the red aura in the show, and it looks fantastic. The fact that he comes with an almost Super Saiyan hair for charging-up poses (or even False Super Saiyan if you like) is just the icing on the cake. I *highly recommend* getting the Red Aura Effect piece if you get this figure as it really adds a lot to selling it as Kaioken. Parts-wise this is as fantastically solid and poseable as all modern Figuarts. Pictures do not do this figure justice, it's gorgeous in person and instantly stands out. The colors are amazing and there's a shine to all of it that really sells the idea of an aura. Don't let your DBZ collection go without representing such an iconic form. You won't regret buying this one.

I was going into this figure pretty exited and the figure looks great when I finnaly saw it. The details are very fine and the articulation is very good and makes you want to mess around with it. Even if you don’t watch dragon ball z, the design of the figure is very good and is aesthetically pleasing. The figure is worth the 28 dollars I payed for it. It was on sale with an original price of 30 dollars. Personally I would not pay more than $50 for him. Amazing figure.

Es muy buena figura, Aunque trae pocos accesorios. Esta versión es la de 180 mil de poder. Me gusta su acabado mate y llegó en perfecto estado.

I really like the figure. Great sculpt, articulation, and paint detail. I love the figure comes with accessories but i wish it didn’t cost the same as its saiyan raised on earth goku. It comes with less accessories and less faces. Altho i do understand it cost more because of the new hair sculpt.

Been a fan of Dragon Ball Z and I have a huge college of Bandai Tamashii Nation. This product is excellent, as usual. The color is sharp, realistic facial expression and joints are clicky. Definitely worth the money and a great addition to ur collection.

Underrated figure. Flawless detail, gorgeous pearlescent paint that perfectly simulates Goku's Kaioken aura. Must have if you want all DBZ Goku's forms.

Let's be honest, I've spent thousands of dollars on this line, wow, that's hard to admit. If I say it's worth the buy then don't hesitate. These things increase in value as well. Calculating what I had paid for them vs. what I can sell them for, I've more than doubled what I paid for them. I'd also like to state that this Kaioken version is drastically better than the Dragon stars version, by far.

This figure is amazing, the articulation, sculpting, and design are very good. I like the shading for the kaioken and the only complaint I have is I would like more faceplates, and maybe an effects part.
