AS-IT-IS Nutrition Whey Protein Isolate 90% - 2 kg | Protein 27g & BCAA 5.9g per serving

Simply one of the best whey protein isolate powders. Mixes well, doesn't upset tummy even though I have lactose intolerance. Energy levels are hightened and I feel good using it pre-workout or post workouts. Just have one issue, which I hope is conveyed to the Asitis brand team, the scoop provided is a 40 gram scoop, and the packaging mentions 1 heaped scoop (34 grams) I didn't notice it that I was consuming over 50 grams in one go as I assumed the scoop is 30 grams. Request you to provide the standard 30 grams scoop so writing a heaped scoop would then make sense. Other than the above, I have Zero complaints with this product. I have this on subscribe and save, would definitely tell others to go for this isolate powder.

The smell after the shaking process is very bad.. i always try to drink it without smelling. otherwise good product at this price. no such issues like bloating, digestion etc. works fine for me. and yes it creates a lots of foam after shaking.. if you want less foam then try to shake slowly and gently ot try a spoon to mix it. Taste is not too bad to drink but the smell is.

The taste is extremely bad, I had to mix proteinx to consume it. I’m also not very certain about the quality.

Verification method is pathetic, their website for verification has bugs and "Let's Verify" app shows invalid and their customer care executive at 5:07 PM says it's closing time while the actual time for the closing is 5:30 PM. I'm disappointed and dissatisfied and will never buy this product. I had already given up on it long back but thought that I would give it another chance but it failed successfully again. Good bye Asitis! Thank you so much for showing off that you are a brand but you don't know what are the criteria for being a brand.

I've been working out irregularly for the last 3 years, regularly for the last 6 months. I consumed 2 scoops of AS-IT-IS everyday for the first 3 months. I've switched to Muscletech now for the sake of having multiple supplements in one box. Nevertheless, the main purpose of whey protein is to fulfill your protein needs and this one does the job. I saw significant gains during the entire time I consumed this one (of course, those quick beginner gains)! So despite being so cheap, it gave me good results. No indigestion issues. No taste issues (it tasted so bland). About the mixability, texture and color - every pack I received was slightly different in all three regards. But the results in my muscle gains were the same. Since I consumed 2 scoops everyday, I had tried a lot of packets and can say this with confidence. Reducing one star just for the above reason, otherwise this one really is great for the price. Would recommend Muscletech when you get really serious about those muscle gains and are at an intermediate level with your training at the gym.
