Update: Since writing this review, I have tried many more lactation cookies, and these are still the best! I have tried several different lactation cookies and these were by far the best. I was skeptical at first because I got them for free, but I was not disappointed. First, the flavor is amazing. Other products I have tried, even though they are cookies, have not been the best tasting. Second, I did not have any upset stomach. Some lactation products have given me upset stomach (sometimes for a few days), but I did not have that issue with these. As far as increasing my supply, I have found that most products (even the legendairy products) have not increased my supply. Therefore I don't think that my experience is reliable. Most reviews I have read rave about their increase in milk supply. Overall, I highly recommend these cookies. Even though there are only six cookies in this package, I think 1 cookie is two servings, which is something to keep in mind if you're tracking your intake.

These cookies actually taste pretty good! The texture is a bit crumbly, but I was satisfied. The cookie is HUGE. It’s hard for me to finish a whole cookie in one sitting, but my toddler likes them as well so she doesn’t mind to help! I did notice a small rise in my supply; I am able to pump an ounce more from each side the morning after eating one of these. Great product!

Well I’m first time breastfeeding mom so I need help with milk I got there pills first and loved them so I saw they had cookies so I wanted to try omg the cookies are BIG I had 3 bites of it and was full but omg my milk came it so much more then the pills they are hard cookies so milk with them I did almond mild cuz my bby is lactose intolerant so I can’t have an dairy but yes they are good but not yummy yummy just good and they work good.

My supply has been low and I ordered these late one night trying to feed my son desperate for some help. I was looking forward to trying them and thought it would help a ton. Unfortunately the day they arrived I immediately tried them and I was disappointed by the look of the cookie as well as the flavor. They are very dry and do not have a good taste they also leave a bit of an aftertaste as well. I would soak it in milk just to make it easier to eat in hopes that it would boost my supply. At first my supply seemed to be going better but I also increased the amount of times I was pumping. So I feel like that was a big factor in the increase in my supply. As time went on, my supply went right back to where I started. Just super frustrated with the quality of the product and the results that I’ve gotten. I even tried two different flavors in hopes that one of them would taste good, but they actually taste about the same. I’m not usually one to leave such a harsh review, but this is my honest experience with the product. I hope others of had better results than I have.

Like that this product does not contain fenukgreek as I’ve tried products in the past with fenugreek to try to improve milk production and they caused significant gas for my daughter. These cookies are not crisp but not soft and I personally do not care for the flavor. Be aware they do contain dairy, so if you are having to eliminate dairy from your diet these may not be a good option for you. I cannot comment on the effect on supply as I ate less than 1/4 of a cookie and threw the rest away due to flavor.

These really really work, and fast. By the next day after I had one I already saw an increase in milk production of around an ounce per pumping session, or 8 oz extra all day (I'm an exclusive pumper). Besides that, they are super yummy. I like them better than the Munchkin brand. They're soft/chewy, HUGE, and taste yummy. I had the salted caramel flavor. Will definitely be getting more.

Honestly these are pretty gross. But like, if it helps my milk supply, I'll try to eat them. But I have to force myself, and hide some cookie crumbles in yogurt or something. It's super chalky and sticks to the roof of your mouth. There are definitely better lactation cookies out there. I have not noticed my milk supply going up after eating these, but I also haven't experienced my milk production going down... So who knows. Maybe it's helping me maintain. Wouldn't really recommend.

I got these today and ate one already. It doesn’t taste bad at all! Which I was worried about, it’s really good and it has helped me with having milk! My baby is loving the extra milk I’m producing thanks to these cookies!
