I purchased this due to the line of work I’m in. My days involve raising, training, and caring for high energy working and sport dogs. This involves dirt, dog slobber, cleaning solutions, changing nitrile gloves throughout the day, lifting heavy stuff, and just general hard work amongst whatever else the day brings. Wearing my wedding set just isn’t practical for me on a daily basis. I read some reviews on some other silicone rings and decided I better go with Groove brand. My husband and I both wear groove rings on an almost daily basis. He works in physically demanding outdoor environments and his Groove ring has also held up very well. Literally tears up his hands working but the ring is still in great condition. It’s more expensive than other brands you’ll see but Groove rings are definitely worth the price. You usually get what you pay for with most things and this applies here. They offer a range of colors and patterns to choose from. They look good for a silicone ring and so comfortable you don’t even notice it when you’re working with your hands doing demanding tasks like you do with a gold, titanium, tungsten carbide, or other traditional material wedding jewelry. I highly recommend this for any active individual both men and women. I’m thinking I might buy a few more in different colors and patterns. They have a really great assortment to choose from.

I got a Groove Life silicone ring for the gym and for doing chores, because my regular ring does not need to be involved in deadlifts, dish soap, or whatever project I randomly start and immediately regret. It’s honestly really comfortable. The breathable grooves on the inside actually help, especially when my hands get sweaty during workouts. With some silicone rings, it starts feeling like your finger is wearing a tiny wetsuit. This one stays way more comfortable and doesn’t feel as trapped on my hand. My only complaint is sizing. I really wish they offered half sizes. I did also notice my ring stretched a bit over time. Customer service was been great though. Helpful, responsive, and they make things easy, which is appreciated when you’re trying to dial in the fit. Overall, it’s a great ring for real life. It looks nice, it’s practical, and it can survive workouts and cleaning days without me worrying about it.

I have tried many cheaper brands and they all made my skin itchy. Groove life uses medical grade silicone and that must be the difference because my skin never itches when I wear the groove life rings. I do water fitness 3 times a week and my groove life ring stays secure with just enough stretch ability to take it off when needed. It’s a bit more expensive than the others but well worth the investment- especially if you are concerned about skin irritation. Lastly, it just feels like a higher quality material than the others. The other brands are stiff and bulky- groove life is soft and comfortable. You will not be disappointed!
