Been using this for a few weeks, I very much love it. The sleek design and the fact that it just works immediately upon plugging it in. Absolutely amazing. I'll be able to have more information once I use it at the convention I'm vending at but I have to say that this is better than a standard barcode scanner. Easy to use and works absolutely flawlessly. Distance is great too, I was able to scan from a different room. Probably going to buy another one. I haven't tested the Bluetooth yet because USB is just a small dongle that I've just used that. All in all - this was worth every single penny. At least this far. I'll update more in a few weeks.

It scans immidiatly, no lag whatsoever! It sets itself up if your using a windows based laptop, wifi dongle works great,I use mine at 50 ft or so with no problems, Scans at any angle, I scan my barcodes at about 2ft away, just scan the wiresess scanbar that is in the booklet that comes with it & it is ready for wireless operation! I charge it at the end of the day, no problems, My work has one for 5 years , no problems, still works great,super accurate! Weighs nothing, liter than a car keyfob. Worth every penny

Update: First off, the support we received since posting our initial review has been phenomenal. I wish every amazon seller was as courteous and thorough as these guys. Our updated EY-009P device seamlessly integrated into our POS system, just like the original unit we bought. We charged it up, paired it via Bluetooth, and were able to start scanning immediately. With the expanded capabilities, in particular the ability to read QR codes, we've been able to improve our first-time-scan accuracy considerably, which saves time and negates the need for embarrassing apologies that "the system can be tricky" when performing transactions. This is a perfect, pocket-sized scanner that can work in any application that I can think of. I believe anyone that purchases one of these upgraded units will be challenged to find any flaws with it or have any reason to complain. If you need a small scanner for your business, project, or enterprise, give this one a try! We have not had any trouble with this reader working with barcodes that are printed on any of the materials we have tested so far. However, we publish barcodes in emails and in online marketing, and this little reader will not work with any screen device we've tried (android phone, iPhone, tablets of various types (android and iOS). No screen, with or without a screen protector) seems to work. For that reason, we give it just 3 stars. If you need to use this ONLY with printed barcodes, it's been great for us and will probably work fine for you too.

Great little scanner. Unfortunately I'm going to have to return because it doesn't work on the barcodes I have on my books in my school library... :(

Very useful

I have never disliked a scanner as much as this little thing. It felt cheap in my hand then started disconnecting from my phone randomly after only a few days of use. I reached out to their customer service and got the generic answer about pairing the device I already knew how to do. As I did it so much! I returned it as quick as I could and bought a competitors device instead. I would give this item 0 stars if I could. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have been using this scanner for a few years now and it works great. The battery last literally forever, I have charged it maybe 5 times and it works seamlessly with my software. I use it weekly.

This scanner does exactly as advertised. Connected to Bluetooth with ease and I was literally scanning stock in a couple of minutes. Has great connectivity and can be used quite a distance away from pos system. Perfect item for my salon, retail checkout is so speedy and even better that I didn’t have to have large ugly looking scanner on reception!

I love this scanner. I work for a company that requires to take inventory. I can use this scanner with a tablet and it works as well as any big scanner. saves time and is very easy to use. I have requested to my supervisor that this is a great purchase. works with dongle or bluetooth with no issues and connects which some scanners have trouble with bluetooth. I have not seen any issues with this scanner

Excellent customer service. My eyoyo barcode scanner had a problem and I couldn't scan for days. So I decided to contact Eyoyo's customer service. But to my greatest surprise, they immediately got back to me via WhatsApp with directives on how my issue will be addressed. They asked me to do a video capturing the issue and send to them alongside the invoice of the scanner which I did. Guess what, a few days later, they got back to me and the issue couldn't be fixed. Long story short, they sent me a replacement of my broken scanner. They didn't send one but TWO Scanners. I sincerely recommend Eyoyo to anyone who wants to buy the scanner. The customer service is excellent.

I purchased my eyoyo portable scanner in Dec 2022. I got it on recommendation of a coworker and was happy I listened. I was able to connect it to my iPad and my desktop PC. It worked well for a while but unfortunately stopped working. I wrote to Eyoyo and explained my issues and they were extremely responsive and have offered to send me a new scanner despite being out of the warranty period.
