Not for cornbread, but maybe for corn cake - great product
Definitely a different texture from cornmeal. This bakes up to be more like a cake’s consistency and fluffiness. I wouldn’t recommend for cornbread. However it is a good product for other recipes.

Great for corn pancakes & cookies!
Quality product, great for baking! I mix this with krusteaz pancake mix (50/50) for delicious corn pancakes. I also used for milk bar corn cookies recipe which was excellent as well.

Great tasting corn flour to supplement oatmeal and wheat
This is whole corn milled fine to flour with the good taste of corn meal, but easy to use because it can be mixed with oat, wheat, rice flours for breads and breaded fried foods. Texture and taste improve what we've used it for. Gives fried chicken a crisp, sweet coat. A little pricey, but hard to find at stores.

IT’S ORGANIC & MAKES THE BEST CORN BREAD!
Corn Bread is a staple; it must be organic and Bob’s Red Mill fulfills this requirement. It’s high quality and makes the best cranberry corn bread muffins.

Perfect addition to pancake mix
Perfect...I was trying to reproduce the flavor of pancake breakfast I had as a child...the mix had corn flour in it. back then. It worked very well. Then, when I added a little malted milk powder, it went above and beyond my childhood memory...highly satisfied. Just remember to as a little extra baking soda or baking powder to the pancake mixture.
