Extremely comfortable and well designed - robust and stylish - fantastic value for money - I would recommend two people to put the chair together as I did it on my own and it’s a bit of a caffufle trying to line all the relevant holes up whilst balancing the chair although instructions are good and it comes with the relevant Allen key so no tools required - it was well worth the effort and I would highly recommend this chair and footstool - I’m 6ft 2” and 24 stone (150kg) and it handles the weight easily - it’s max user weight is 160 kg - the adjustment winders on each side of the chair lock the back firmly in place to any position you require and the footstool is solid and comfortable - I use an NHS backrest cushion that I bought on Amazon a while ago and personally this really helps me avoid any lower back pain although the chair is very comfortable without it but it works for me so thought I’d mention it - for the money it’s the best chair I have ever purchased - I can’t fault it

The chair is comfortable, easy to assemble and good quality for the price. There is a small dent and scratch mark on the frame under the seat. It can't be seen unless you go looking for it. Disappointing but not life threatening.

Not atall bad for the price is have noticed, the quality of materials and general feel of the reclining chair and foot stool is very pleasantly noticeable, the ease of comfortably operating the reclining position choices is very good with the simplicity throughout your indulgence and the swivel base is very nicely designed, the support of the lumbar and neck shoulders and head are great with sufficient padded materials and real piece of mind that I made a bonus decision to make this product purchase and I will/would recommend this product for sure. Very pleased with this recliner, arrived quickly and packaged well. Came with instructions and they were easy to follow in diagram form. All screws arrived. I managed to put most of it together myself but needed an extra pair of hands for the arms of the chair. Took me about 2 hours, but did stop for coffee when I became flustered. The base was already made, it's just the back of seat and arms you have to put together and attach the top of stool. It swivels and u can lock the position of recline in place with a turn on both sides of the chair otherwise it returns to original position when u sit on it next. Wipeable which is great for paw prints. A good buy.

The chair is very comfortable, easy to put together, how ever. The only thing lacking is the way you have to recline it. On each side is a screw and you have to undo both sides recline it to where you want and then tighten them up. This is the only flaw with the chair.

This arrived a good 4 days earlier than expected, down side was no instructions, so that was fun! Also the colour is meant to be cream, it is more of a caramel or tope colour, 'cream colour' it is NOT, not going to lie I am very disappointed about the colour. All put together with NO instructions, how could this be missed?! But I am not anyone to be put off by a little thing as missing instructions. I managed to do it in 2 freaking hours, definitely 2 people needed to put this together, as it would not have taken 2 freaking hours! So apart from the missing instructions and NOT cream colour and 2 flipping hours to do all by my self! This is a very nice recling chair and foot stool, I bought this as my hips are very bad, and this recling chair is great for relaxing in, the foot stool is great for poutting my feet on and going off to sleep for a few hours, especially since it to me 2 freaking hours to put the ruddy thing together by my self with NO instructions. (did I mention that, ha) My 2 grandchildren also like to sit on it, getting them off it is a different matter, as they also find the recliner and foot stool very comfortable.

Excellent value - looks great - bases arrive complete its just a matter of attaching the arms and backs and top of footstool - took around 20 mins. Nice size and very supportive on the lumbar area.
