Great book!!

Not bad
Covers the general aspects of global marketing and provides some examples of these topics. Some components are a little repetitive and could be presented in a more concise way. The text structure was a bit annoying as the words are not always evenly kerned and figures are not well formatted. Dry reading but gets the point across.

Horrible!!!
Very funny story. I received this book and found out that the cover was damaged. After returning the book on time today I received an email from amazon that they charged me the damage and the book now is mine. The goods news I welcome the book back because I like books. But this is a horrible service. Thank you for the great failure.
