Works just like the original
Great remote, it controls my Phillips TV and Fire-stick, the buttons are a little hard to push. The batteries are in the back and protected if dropped versus the original remote where the batteries are in the bottom front, so when dropped the door breaks off and the little battery wire falls out and is always lost as this has happened twice now. This replacement remote is cheaper than the original Phillips 65PFL5504/F7 2019 model and is worth the money.

It works great!!! No issues... But, it doesnt "glow in the dark" for very long, but that's ok.

LOVE THEM
I have to oder one every 2 months they work great but I have how easily they break. But I'm not ganna lie as soon as. You put the batteries in theh work so well. Just doesn't last long maybe it's cus I have kids. But other then that they work so good. I ha r orders so many times. Probably 6 times already if not more. Easy to use. Just a little fragile even with a cover.

I'm very happy but it's NOT red!
I am happy with my purchase, I ordered the RED case but it is NOT red, it's so very pink. I don't have an issue with it being pink but I try not to order "girly colors"; I take my other half in consideration when the items are shared (like a TV remote). The remote is larger/longer than the original; I do like that the ok button and the arrows are larger and they make a click sound. I don't have to press as hard on this remote either, which is nice as I have long nails. It's also about the same weight as the original remote.

The volume button quit working
I like that it has a cover so it makes it easy to find. Just within a few months the lower volume button quit working. Disappointing. Otherwise it would have been a great universal remote for my Phillips smart tv.
