I got this pc to run ezcad and some other cnc software. It's worked great so far and I will likely be buying another for future projects.

Predominately used for a home automation system. A bit overkill, but works fine. I would have given it 5 stars but it has a problem that was not resolved after a few emails and one of the suggestions I didn't do might have reduced the longevity of the CPU. "The speed of processor 7 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 86399 seconds since the last report."

I have two of these. Absolutely rock. Solid construction. Tons of ports. Use in a travel trailer so it takes a beating and the no fan design keeps the junk out.

This is, overall, a very decent little machine, but after 7 months, the Windows Activation has failed, even though NO changes have been made to the hardware since it was delivered. I can only assume that someone, somewhere tried to activate the license (which I never received, as it was delivered as “digitally activated”). I did love the machine, but now I get to buy a new Windows license due to the vendors negligence in maintaining its Windows licensing integrity. Buyer beware.

One pin is ground and the other is at 3.3v. Like most PCs shorting these pins with a switch will result in a reboot. There are two other pins on the other side of the header. I don't know what they are for.

I have requested almost all mini PCs I could via program and most are set up all over the houses (of mine and family's). This one is actually a great mini pc in terms of performance vs price. Whilethis one is the most heavy one, I even liked that because the material gave me a sense of durability and feels not cheap when touched. It also came very well packaged compared to all other mini pcs in that this probably won't get damaged anyway in transit. Just you know you should have a reasonable expectation when it comes to any mini pc. It won't be as good as your powerful, 3-5 times expensive laptops/desktops. Being said that this one is actually great at any office work (I uses millions of excel files opened at once while working lol), and even for not so heavy gaming ! While this one might have a bit more higher price tag than lots of other mini pcs offered on Amazon @@ , the cost performance makes it definitely worth it ! This one is set up at the new vacation home now, so I will try to remember to take and add the photos when I am up there next time!

2xcom rs232 did not work

Good, powerful pc, just make sure it suits your needs. This is a fanless design so no noise at all, but it gets hot as a result and this is expected. You need to make sure you dont put any plastic on it. The whole case is a heat sink. There are minor missing things as far as I observed: no bluetooth. You need to buy a bluetooth receiver to connect to a usb port. Fortunately they are very cheap nowadays. Also there is no unified audio in-out port, but there are two separated ports for audio out and mic in. Again you can buy a converter for this and it is also cheap. Shipping was fast considering it comes from Hong Kong. I didnt have to pay anything when I received the parcel. Seller is very accomodating and responsive.

The PC is of an excellent quality and works flawlessly
