This is a great hairbrush. I bought the woman's brush for Mama. She didn't use it right away and not until I pressed her what she thought of it. She used it once and told me that she was sorry that she hadn't used it before as it was the best brush she had ever used. (I wrote a separate review about the woman's brush.) So I finally read the whole description and realized that for years we had been using stiff nylon bristle brushes. The main thing about these brushes is that there is two types of bristles: stiff nylon and boars hair. The boars hair bristles actually distribute the natural oil throughout your hair. There's a big difference in your hair with an even distribution of oil. So, anyway, Mama liked it so much that I bought myself one. It looked exactly the same as the woman's brush. Now, wait a minute? However, the men's brush goes through my hair differently than the woman's brush! We both really like theses hairbrushes & have already recommended them to others. Buy it, you'll be glad you did!

I purchased this set as a Christmas gift for my husband. He absolutely loves it! He's never had a nice brush before. This one does not hurt his scalp and brushed easily through his hair. Leaves his hair sleek and shiny.

I got this brush as a Christmas gift for my husband who started growing out his hair. Of course I had to test it out myself..I fell in love with it and had to buy one for myself! The bore hair bristles nicely distribute hair's natural oils to the ends of the hair strands, making hair shiny and soft. The longer bristles help to easily detangle hair. The wood comb is well made and works well for a comb. Scalp massage brushes are a nice touch and very relaxing. The carrying pouch was the cherry ontop of what turned out to be a great purchase..Oh yeah, my husband really likes it too!

Love it beautiful brush.

Good product, after one month of using it twice a day it looks brand new (after some cleaning, which is easy enough). the nylon is strong enough to handle my native hair, but not strong to the point of stretching or breaking it.

I bought this for my son, who has very thick hair. He is always pulling the bristles out of the brush, or even the entire rubber backing they are attached too. Comb teeth are always being broken also. So far...and we have waited a month to see how they would hold up, which both the brush and comb have. His hair is also looking much better, soft and shinny. We are also both extremely happy that no boars had to die for this product, we would not have purchased it otherwise. All in all extremely happy with this product, we would purchase again.
