Inflammation Relief
I started using Guna Matrix over 1year ago. I contracted Lyme Disease in 2010 and found many of the complications are do to inflammation, I did not want prescription drugs, so after hearing about Guna Sleep I notice Matrix. This was not an overnight relief it took about three months, then I noticed the ache in my joints especially when I wake up, are gone. Lyme caused asthma / respiratory inflammation, now I am running what equals a 5k three times per week . For me this works, I am religious about taking Matrix, I have only missed 2 days in over a year. Also recommended dosage is 20 drops, I weigh 200lbs and take 25 drops. If you try this commit to it, be consistent, and patient.
